We were looking for two specific exercise machines and were ably supported in our quest by the staff at Powerhouse Fitness. At the store, we were given a friendly welcome by Reuben and Chad and felt absolutely no pressure, as we talked through our needs. With particular help and guidance from Reuben we settled on a Schwinn Speedbike and a Bodymax treadmill. Both items were very good value, but Reuben again helped to sweeten this expensive purchase, by giving an additional discount. In all, a great visit, supported by excellent/professional customer service.

Purchased a bike on the 5th November and have yet been unable to use it. I have contacted Powerhouse for support and have been pushed somewhere else. This ‘somewhere else’ contacted me to say they would be in contact with 24/48 hours, that was on the 23rd November - today is 3rd December. I have heard nothing. I’ve chased and still nothing. I don’t care who this ‘somewhere else’ is. I bought a product from Powerhouse in Chessington and they have let down. Awful after sales support. I won’t ever be using Powerhouse again.

Ordered our Bodymax B15 Spin Bike last week, order was handled and processed with no issues. Delivery was arranged through Arrow XL who were fantastic. The bike was delivered, very sturdy and quality feel to it while putting together. First session on it today and very impressed.

While the owner of this store is very helpful, knowledgeable and provides very good service I would strongly recommend against making purchases of expensive equipment as the store is very sadly let down by the most appalling customer support. I purchased an expensive cross trainer which broke just after the warranty ran out after minimal use. I was happy to pay for a replacement part and engineer but 7 months on (and several months after payment for both) I am still waiting for the part and engineer to be booked. So whilst the owner and store are great for sales, only buy something if you are prepared to bin after a year as the follow up support is essentially non existent.

Powerhouse Fitness's store at Hook benefits from having easy parking right outside AND, a really great manager, Steve, whom my wife and I found to be helpful, informative, knowledgeable and charming. We could not, in any way, have asked for more of him. He was a real credit to, and a powerful ambassador, for Powerhouse Fitness. Our experience was exemplary and we bought our particular bike with complete peace of mind and no reservations at all as to our choice or decision. Unreservedly recommended.

Excellent turnaround on finding a replacement cable for an existing pulldown machine. Had the part number and price within half an hour and an order set up soon after. Superb service.
