Women on the register refused to search for an account name when I didn't know the number. I've checked out this way on every occasion I've been to Selco.

I had high hopes for this DIY shop, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. First and foremost, the customer service was severely lacking. The staff seemed disinterested in helping customers, and I had to hunt down an employee just to get assistance with my questions. The overall organisation of the store was chaotic and messy. It was challenging to find what I needed, and the lack of clear signage made the shopping experience frustrating and time-consuming. Lastly, I must mention that the checkout process was slow and inefficient. There was a long wait at the cashier, and it seemed like they were understaffed for a busy weekend. In conclusion, I was thoroughly disappointed with my visit I won't be returning, and I'd advise others to explore alternative options. Especially avoid Steve.

Highly recommend. I read some reviews about the staff and I definitely not agree. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you think something else, please look in the mirror before you judge someone else. We use the Chessington branch for about two years now and yes sometimes there is a problem, but always sorted out. Do not forget, they are humans as you are. If you keep on doing the same things we will shop at Selco. Well done guys. 10 STARS from us.

Most useless branch in London! I waisted around for a delivery that was scheduled for a specific date only to find out they made a mistake and made it for the day after! So as a tradesman I’ve lost money on my day now and waited around for nothing, and all I got was “ I’m sorry “ don’t recommend them!

First visit after getting my trade card, although I have done click and collect. Very impressed, they actually had stock, made B&Q look like losers. They've just delivered, next day, not bad, pretty good actually. 10/10.

I came into the store a few weeks ago and was amazed by how helpful the staff was. I was helped by a lovely young lady Hatty who was so understanding and patient with me due to my lack of knowledge. I will definitely be coming back. She’s a credit to the team.

Definitely has way more stock than the B&Q at Shannon's corner, who do not seem to restock very often. The merchandise is not as diverse, but at least what you need, you can find. They don't seem to stock metalware very extensively though, as I couldn't find any aluminium bars. As they cater for the trade, prices are all ex VAT, so this needs to be factored in when shopping there.

When you are placing order via phone make sure you check you receipt as they over charge. Make sure double check delivery date as they do not provide goods on time. I end up paying day rates for roofers due to fake timing

I regularly go there, it always has a great selection of products, good prices and staff have always been helpful and friendly. Have made larger orders for delivery and had the same high level of service. I wish all shops were like this.

A great place with an awesome selection of stuff I need off the shelf at very competitive prices. And...this is the best bit....the amazing staff are super knowledgeable! They are more than happy to think about what you're trying to do and offer alternative workable solutions if the obvious choice is out of stock. Love it.

As usually at Selco, the guy at thexhexkout made a mistake...and.itonly took 15 min to fix. But at least we got what we wanted.
