Awful experience! Staff member on auto pilot, rushed process, disregarded my concerns and barely spoke. Area for photo not well lit, she took time to get it 'approved' for passport use. Obviously not happy, but paid anyway, as not worth complaining to someone who is unsupervised and lacks incentive to change.

Great service from Ashton, she was a bit weird though as she kept asking if she could stroke my nose.

Went in the westway one in Maghull yesterday Aston was very helpful and a lovely lady to deal with doing passport photos, will definitely be going back there nothing is ever to much trouble.

The young girl in your shop in Maghull is just absolutely fabulous. No matter when I have been there she completely sorts everything out that's needed too he done. She really is an asset. X

I feel that the young lady in your Maghull store is a real asset to you. I phoned the store at 3:50pm and explained my dilemma and she thought she could help. I arrived at 16:05 and left as a very satisfied customer at 16:12. I will now use your store more often. She is polite and patient and thinks through possible solutions. The lady in the shop, today. 6th March 2015, was very helpful when I asked about developing photographs from my mobile. It was no trouble for her to show me how to do it. She helped me throughout and explained each part of the system.
