After waiting 10 mins for 2 customers in front to be served was told by female assistant my letter wouldnt scan - no attempt to enter details manually and very abrupt and rude. Took letter to another post office and it scanned first time no problem - not the first time I have noticed the negative attitude of some staff at this post office - may be could give them some training in customer service.

Believe the reviews and AVOID - awful customer service - I was sending a fragile parcel which had sevral fragile stickers on and instead of placing it in the bag it was thrown across the room into the bag, always try and upsell you and look personally offended when you want to send a item 2nd rather then 1st or recored - if looking to send a parcel and in the area do yourself a favor and use the one on dodds Lane opposite northway school.

Without doubt, the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure to conduct business with. The most miserable, rude and customer unfriendly staff ever. Do yourself a favour and find another post office. All other negative reviews can't be wrong. They obviously don't read these reviews or, they just don't give a damn so, shop elsewhere and maybe then they will get the message😤

This isn't my local post office but tend to use this one now and again whilst waiting for my bus. Staff behind the post office counter have always been very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Lot better run than the one in Kirkby town centre

Whenever I go into this post office the staff tend to be very unfriendly and overall make the experience not a particularly pleasant one. This is a consistent experience to varying degrees. I think some customer service trading may be required. They perform the function well in their favour, but there is a lack of understanding how your experience as a customer can be anexcellent or unpleasant experience.

I went to use the photocopy machine to print off two documents from my solicitor. The son of the owners was working behind the counter. He walked over to the machine took out the first letter I had printed and began reading it!!!! Surely that's against the law??? Absolutely shocking 🤬

I use this post office a lot and the staff are always very nice and helpful.

I'd like to thank Harkirat Singh Gill for his patience and politeness while dealing with an extremely time consuming return parcel for me today. Whilst waiting I was pleased to see all thestaff being courteous and pleasant with their customers. A great service!

Probably the best post office I’ve been to! It does get busy but there’s always more than one person on. Staff are really polite and efficient. There’s a great selection of cards and they’re not the usual naff ones you can get in post offices. There’s gifts too and the whole place just looks smart.

I can honestly say after using the Post Office for 14 years for my business, this Post Office is by far the best I’ve known. I visit usually twice a day and sometimes more. The staff are so friendly, they can never do enough to help me and I often go in with my toddler so will struggle when I have big or multiple parcels and they always help me and provide a fast professional service. It’s a pleasure to visit and I always feel that my parcels are in safe hands! Thanks again! Sarah

Not my usual Post Office. Only using if passing. Each time I promise myself not to use again. So slow, No second gear. Miserable looking staff.

Useless here, let’s the queue get a mile long. Waited at least 10 minutes just for something that only took me 30 seconds to do.

Been using this Post Office for over 40 years, have always had excellent service. Deducting 1 star due to increased queuing caused by closure of HSBC Maghull branch and poor parking facilities between 9:00-16:30. Neither reason is technically the fault of this Post Office but both are extremely frustrating!

Very rude member of staff. Continued to talk to other member of staff whilst serving me, tapped the counter for me to put my parcel on.... very rude, also no please or thankyou. Manners cost nothing

Would post 0 starts if I could. Poor service as usual. On four occasions they ignored my instructions to collect. I finally called Royal Mail complaints who advised the issue was sorted. When I went to collect it was out delivery again. I’d admit I was annoyed and my tone was poor so I asked for it to be bright for collection. As if by magic two of them come to the counter with the parcel and have a go of me for my poor treatment of them. Maybe improve your all levels of your service and people wouldn’t be annoyed with you.

The new owners are extremely rude. This is twice I’ve had a bad experience!! Can I suggest some people skills/ customer service training.

Don’t trust this Post Office. They will lose your parcel 📦 and they do not care.
