Friendly, accommodating and professional, very good value for money. After using other print shops in the area which made me feel like I was bothering them with my custom, I will be returning to Hobs Repro.

After having known of Hobs and the support and help they can provide on various working projects, I have worked alongside them over the past 4 years (and currently leaving my recent role to start a new role and knowing they are at the end of the phone to support is completely reassuring)! Had the pleasure of getting a college photographic project printed with Hobs Liverpool. Their customer service is outstanding, as it’s been around 15 years since I’ve used a professional printing service. They explained what format I needed via email. I had a couple of phone conversations, whilst I ironed out my knowledge gaps . Had my prints mounted & a bound book created. The quality is outstanding. The turnaround was within hours from walking in the shop to leaving feeling fully satisfied leaving with exactly what I wanted. Thanks Joe

I called in the late afternoon with an urgent request of posters and business cards for collection the next day. Excellent customer service from Mike - I sent Hobs Repro a portfolio to be printed and bound the night before it was needed so the print job was urgent, however when I went to collect in the morning, I noticed a mistake in the page order (my own fault), but they said no problem we'll do it for you again now and 20 minutes later I had my portfolio! Extremely kind and helpful service, which was much appreciated in a time of high stress.

Superb service and excellent staff, I've known the Hobs business since 1998 when I first had posters and photos reproduced and laminated. I was the resident muso, roadie, promoter, stage tech and recording producer at the Jacaranda, all those years ago on Slater Street. Happy days....love always

Excellent customer service, warm and welcoming atmosphere. I designed attendance posters for an educational setting. I sat with the graphic designer to talk through my ideas, he was very helpful adding to my original design to enhance the quality of the finished look. Special mention to Caroline, she was extremely helpful throughout my experience and offered great advice. She goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. The images were amazing, great quality and the posters are having a great impact on improving attendance for my educational setting. My husband designed a map of the UK waterways so I got it printed for him at Hobs Repro. I only noticed when I got home and unrolled the print that it had ink streaks on the one corner of the paper. Apparently this is the result of not cleaning the printer properly. I am really disappointed as I paid £28 to get it professionally printed so I really didn't expect there to be ink streaks on it.
