Despite selling vouchers with an expiration of the end of March 2022, they are refusing to honour it in November 2021. They have told me they will not be honouring this voucher at any time. These vouchers are currently still on sale. Disgusting way to treat your customers and very unprofessional. They are clearly very disorganised at best (horribly dishonest at worst).

I recently had a Hydrofacial treatment and could not believe the results. My face felt and looked so smooth and vibrant. I will be booking another appointment in the next couple of weeks. Great friendly welcoming staff.

Amazing experience! Amy made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing at each stage of my hydra facial. Very peaceful and relaxed environment. I have just received a first class service from Dr Haroon Rashid and his team at The Leeds Clinic. I consulted Dr Rashid regarding a query on my current medication dosage. A full raft of blood tests was immediately completed at my appointment, and the results were back and shared with me in less than 24 hours. I have also had a follow up discussion by telephone and am adjusting my medication accordingly. Follow up blood tests are now also scheduled at The Leeds Clinic for further review and monitoring purposes too. Needed an urgent ear syringe prior to flying out of the country. Went online in the evening and got a booking for the very next morning. In and out in about 15 minutes. Great service at a very competitive price. Highly recommended!

Extremely professional establishment which is one of the reasons I choose to go here and that they specifically cater towards male clients. The massage was exactly what I was looking for, very relaxing whilst also working out the built up stress in my back and shoulders. The facial was excellent and has left my skin feeling great and looking refreshed. The highlight for me had to be the mini head massage I received during the facial and will definitely be returning for that alone. Amazing service and will definitely be returning.

First time ever going to the clinic and first time getting a hydro facial. The clinic itself is really well presented. Very clean and professional environment. The woman who did my facial was so lovely. I got the six step facial. Afterwards my skin felt so tight, smooth, replenished and soft. I instantly noticed differences, like extracted pores, minimised pores, less redness and overall very hydrated. I will be going back again to get another!

I visited The Leeds Clinic to try the new Hydrafacial and decided to book an IV infusion and a neck & shoulder massage. I felt totally pampered. My skin glowed immediately and for at least a fortnight after. The infusion gave me a much-needed boost of energy and Emmaleigh's massage skills were INCREDIBLE. I'll definitely be back. I came here for a Kenalog injection for hayfever. Easy online booking system with plenty of slots including Saturday mornings. Easy enough to find - I don't think the clinic has parking but it was easy to park right outside on the street. Really friendly welcome with a coffee, super quick and efficient appointment, and the doctor was very informative and professional. The Leeds Clinic was more expensive than other options that I'd seen for the same treatment, but the injection was done by a doctor in a professional medical setting - some other providers had dubious qualifications and locations, so I think it was worth paying a bit more for the reassurance of a proper setting and practitioner. Altogether a great experience - just need to wait and see if the injection works now! I'll definitely be back next year if I get decent results from it.

I am getting full body and face hair laser at the Leeds clinic using the best machine on the market the soprano titanium at a very good price usually thousands but with the half price offer a great saving. Laura my therapist has been absolutely fabulous would really recommend!

Easy to book in with plenty of appointments. Great comms from the clinic. Getting there was easy but parking is a bit of an issue. The doctor was great, very gentle and informative. All in all, a great service at a reasonable price.

2 visits for ear wax removal first visit tried to clear ear was unable to do so, gave me advice on how to soften an return 5 days later without any extra cost. I then had to change appointment due to work commitments which was dealt with fantastically and on my second visit a week prior to the first removed all the wax Great service

On a recent visit to Leeds from Dublin, Ireland, my husband became quite ill in the early hours of Saturday morning. We were fortunate to find The Leeds Clinic online and even luckier to secure a face to face medical appointment with the wonderful Dr Harry Rashid by early Saturday afternoon. Dr Harry was wonderful and quickly prescribed the necessary medication for my husband and within 24 hours, he was feeling much better. As a result, my husband was able to go to Elland Road the following Monday night and see his beloved football team Leeds play… the reason for our visit to Leeds. Unfortunately, the result of the match was not matched by the wonderful care we received from our hero Dr Harry. Thank you Leeds Clinic for your care, kindness and professional service to two very stressed Irish visitors to your city. We could not recommend your clinic more highly.

I had an antigen covid test required for travel at the clinic. I called the practice to book and they were able to offer a suitable appointment, even recommending the best time to come based on my travel plans. On arrival I was immediately seen by the practitioner. The test was carried out efficiently and a verbal result given there and then. The document required for travel was sent by email within half an hour. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would confidently recommend this practice.

Booked appointment two weeks ago and informed them what I was looking for and requiring help with and paid the fees etc and booked time off work etc. My appointment was canceled the day before as the doctor doing the treatment has left the service and no alternative offered. Fee was refunded however this did mean I wasted two weeks in pain when I could have seen another provider

I came here on short notice, the doctor was fantastic for my ear wax removal and managed to get it done in one sitting despite my large issue. Can’t praise enough.

A first class Covid-19 'Fit to Fly' test from Leeds Clinic with results to our email addresses with 24 hours. The 'back of the throat' swab was taken by a friendly nurse, who then handed the swab to us for the 'up your nose' part of the test. She explained clearly and calmly the procedure, all very re-assuring. You have complete confidence in the Leeds Clinic from the outset, a real person actually picks up your telephone call and talks to you! Having tried to book tests with providers who do not communicate with you, it is good to know that Leeds Clinic provide the service you pay for. Highly recommended as a fuss free, no stress service provider.

If I could give 6 stars I would - I had an urgent travel requirement, and less than 24hrs to have a PCR test.... the clinic fit me in between other appointments without any complain - literally I have them 15 minutes notice that I was coming to see them! Great service and lovely people - they care about what they do and the people the help.

Excellent service before the testing to ensure all documents were prepared in advance. Test itself took about 5 minutes so very efficient, as was the results which I received the next day. Overall great service for PCR testing.

A straightforward process to book my appointment for Ear Micro Suction treatment recently. I was seen very promptly and courteously by Doctor Rashid who thoroughly explained the procedure : this took less than 5 minutes per ear to complete with the modern equipment. I experienced no discomfort whatsoever either during or after the procedure which is safer than syringing. Very happy - if I ever require repeat treatment I'll return to The Leeds Clinic!
