My 12 year old son had ear ache and I decided to bring him here after reading their amazing reviews. The service here is excellent. Andrew was very informative during my son’s treatment and my son felt very comfortable and at ease. Soon after the treatment my son felt much better and has had no problems with his ears since. We are coming back as a family to maintain our ear health and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic experience earlier today for an ear wax removal (which by the way the NHS didn't want to carry out). Very professional and friendly environment and staff, they talked me through the procedure and made me feel comfortable, explaining every single detail. Unfortunately I wasn't able to book a same day appointment but they had availability first thing next morning. Will definitely recommend and come back for an annual check up.

I visited this practice for the first time today after my previous audiologist closed. I was incredibly pleased with the friendly and professional way I was treated. The hearing aids which I bought from my previous audiologist were upgraded and tweaked, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything, in fact I was told that my hearing aids would last years. Great to get no ‘hard sell’, just a brilliant service. Highly recommended!

This clinic has been fantastic from the onset. I attend regularly for removal of ear wax, and have received both suction and irrigation. The staff are extremely professional - the clinic manager, audiologist and nurse are very friendly and provide an excellent service. Procedures are explained without medical jargon, and they are always willing to answer any questions or queries. Thank you.

I found Leeds Audiology Clinic online after searching other places with 4-5 weeks waiting.I was booked online for an appointment with only a few days waiting time.My ear wax problem was so bad I could hardly hear.My doctor had told me the ear wax I had was solid but Andrew sorted it with no problem after explaining the procedure. I attended for fitting of my first hearing aids, I was made to feel welcome even though I was very early for my appointment. Andrew was excellent in every way, taking the time to explain the devices and each setting. Everyone was warm and friendly, yet professional and I would absolutely recommend them.

I had a very nice, relaxed appointment to clear my ears. As it turned out I only needed one doing. The procedure was conducted in a lovely calm manner. Everything was explained to me and I felt that my wellbeing was very important. I would definitely go again if I need to in the future.

Went for the first time and was really impressed with the professional facilities and friendly team. I had a blocked ear and been told it was compacted wax. I was able to get a same day appointment. Premises were clean and comfortable. Staff all very friendly. I was kept informed of what was happening throughout my treatment and felt very relaxed and my ear problem was resolved quickly,

I have taken my elderly mother here twice for ear syringing and on both occasions have received excellent care. Everything was explained to her well and all her many questions answered. The audiologist is so caring and professional and doesn't rush anything but takes his time to explain what he's doing. My mother won't go anywhere else now. I myself have attended this clinic too and also received the same level of care. I can't recommend them highly enough. Must also give praise to the absolutely wonderful receptionist whom I've spoken to on a few occasions regarding getting my mother an appointment. She is extremely caring and does her absolute best to give you the appointment you want.

I rarely bother leaving feedback but was so happy with my appointment here I feel I must let others know. I went thinking I needed wax removal but the efficient and helpful audiologist identified I have a retracted eardrum with fluid in the middle ear probably as a result of a recent bad cold. He showed me inside my ear and provided guidance and what I needed to do. I fully expected I'd have to pay the £40 fee for the appointment I'd booked but he just charged £25 for a consultation. I was very reassured bu the whole process and highly recommend them

Fantastic Service! Very quick and easy to make an appointment. I had ear impressions made for industrial hearing protection and Custom In Ear Monitors for music. Brilliant experience, and would highly recommend.

Travelling from Bradford to Leeds, really easy to locate the establishment. Friendly staff, lovely & clean premises. Took my father for ear wax removal as it had been excessive, the gentleman had done a great job removing it and also checked my dad's hearing too, thumbs up for an incredible service :)

Found LAC after having recurring issues with my ears for months and looking to find somewhere that could deal with it quickly. I was looked after so well, I was in and out within 5 minutes, the doctor was fantastic, friendly and I liked that he explained what he was doing, what he was looking for and the treatments. Will definitely be coming here in future for all things ear in future!

I would highly recommend Leeds Audiology Clinic.The service they provide is second to none. Everyone is so friendly and they made me feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and they improved my hearing so much. I wish I had gone to them years ago. It certainly pays to go to specialists like them.

Having had the Clinic recommended to me, care was provide in a very accommodating, flexible and professional manner. All my questions about hearing aid technology ( and there were several ) were carefully considered and explained such that I am a little more informed about frequency ranges. The most useful ‘tip’ to remember is that aids are there to help and improve, they are not a cure. I have no problem in recommending LAC to others with hearing impairments.

I was suffering from heavy wax build up which left me almost deaf in both ears. I had the ear irrigation treatment from LAC and within 15 minutes my hearing was the best I've had for a long time. All the staff were superb and welcoming. I highly recommend

Had both ears syringed yesterday at this establishment. Brilliant! The procedure was fully explained to me. Was able to see inside my ears via TV screen before and after the procedure, no pain experienced, very satisfied. Would recommend this Clinic highly to anyone requiring treatment.

Thank you so much! I was recommend this place by a colleague after I had severe wax build up that was causing tinnitus and hearing loss. They were able to squeeze me in for a next day appointment. I’ve had ear wax removed several times before, however it was my first time here. The procedure was done with true care - there was zero pain. I couldn’t recommend it enough. It seems expensive, but it is worth every penny! 10/10

Cannot love them more! They are very welcoming, professional and friendly! I was recommended by my friend. You need to book in advance and each appointment is around 30 mins. After the cleaning I still did not feel 100% good then they offered me a quick test. It turned out I have some inflammation and they kindly gave me some suggestions. For the experience I would definitely comeback and recommend them to my friends and anyone!!

Excellent in every way. I prefer irrigation (the traditional method) and this was carefully and expertly done. Wax was removed from my other ear by vacuuming; better than I have ever had it done before; quite painlessly. I trust Leeds Audiology Clinic, and will certainly use them again.

I couldn't recommend this place enough. It is family-run business and this is pleasantly clear as soon as you walk through the door- what a wonderfully warm and friendly bunch they truly are. I went in for my first ever wax removal and Andrew was a delight, he walked me through every step of the process and I felt completely comfortable in his care... not to mention I can hear an ant cough now!!! Awesome! Had an earwax removal by micro suction. Dr. Aiden was as professional as friendly and made the whole process very comfortable. Went out of his way to answer all my questions.
