Very
poor
customer
service.
I
bought
my
mother
a
voucher
for
Christmas
2022
(around
£75
in
value).
Admittedly,
my
elderly
76
year
old
mother
was
a
little
slow
at
booking
a
massage
having
never
had
such
an
experience
before,
but
the
clinic
confirmed
that
as
long
as
the
treatment
was
booked
before
the
12
month
expiry
was
up
then
it
was
okay.
So,
she
booked
for
Tuesday
23
January
2024.
On
the
day,
and
after
getting
flustered
on
getting
to
the
location
(via
public
transport
as
she
does
not
drive),
resulting
in
being
a
little
late
for
the
appointment,
there
was
no
sympathy
or
empathy
from
staff.
This
resulted
in
her
only
getting
45
minutes
of
an
hour
treatment.
This
was
the
first
time
she
has
ever
had
a
massage
in
her
lifetime,
with
the
experience
leaving
her
not
wanting
to
have
any
further
wellbeing
treatments,
and
she
certainly
won’t
be
frequenting
Claire
Wray
Beauty
and
Holistic
Centre
again,
nor
recommending.
They
“allowed”
her
to
have
the
£45
massage,
but
haven’t
honoured
the
remaining
£30,
which
was
supposed
to
go
towards
a
different
treatment.
UPDATE:
After
receiving
the
reply
below,
my
wife
called
the
clinic,
and
the
female
who
answered
was
very
argumentative,
rude
and
unhelpful.
The
whole
experience
between
myself,
my
wife,
and
my
mother
with
the
clinic
has
been
horrendous.
The
fact
is,
an
elderly
woman
had
a
bad
experience
with
the
process,
and
was
too
polite
to
tell
the
therapist.
Instead
she
told
us
she
was
so
upset
she
never
wants
to
go
through
that
again.
She
is
not
complaining
about
the
massage
itself.
When
we
have
tried
explaining
this
to
the
very
argumentative
lady
on
the
phone
who
then
hung
up
on
us,
at
no
point
did
she
apologise,
or
even
take
our
feedback
as
an
opportunity
to
learn
and
grow
as
a
business.
Zero
calmness
about
the
way
she
handled
criticism
as
if
their
process
is
seamless.
We
are
outstanding
£30.
