Ordered my wall tiles and mosiac border from south shields tile giant along with floor cement boards. Loads of choice. The staff were brilliant. Very informative and helpful. There was a unexpected supply issue because of covid, no fault of store but the date they told me the stock was back in was bang on meaning my project went to plan.

The staff are amazing here, really go the extra mile to help. I've been backwards and forwards so many times the last few months while renovating and they have always been brilliant, helping me to choose tiles, working out quantities, explaining things. Also they held onto my order til I was ready and have been fantastic if I've needed to return anything.

Just bought tiles, adhesive, trim and grout. And returned again to upgrade some of my tiling tools!! Great service from Paul on both occasion. Like. Really. Great. Not pushy, and super helpful. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We have another bathroom to renovate after this one. For sure we will be back.

Excellent service. Young lady helped me select tile trim, making sure it would fit by showing me a tile in place. Also, taking the time to help me decide which shade of grout would best go with my work top by placing tile of similar pattern next to colour match. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the young lady's name.

Honestly yhe best place for tiles in my area. And the most helpful staff. Paul is a star. Helping me pick styles and colours to suit my kitchen and bathroom. Sorting measurements out and what is best cost effective. Nothing is a problem for these guys. Highly recommended 👌

Limited experience of Laying floor tiles, decided to go for a parquet pattern, into a kitchen with an undulating concrete floor. Crossed fingers it would be straightforward, and it was in the end, but only after the exceptional advice from the staff at Tile Giant. First problem is adhesive, there are so many varieties out there, and no other outlet could provide the level of information I needed to understand which to choose for my requirements. Spacers, which to help me level the floor, where to apply them, and how to use. Just purchased grout to finish the job and again the time and expertise spent to help me get the right colour to meet my request was exceptional.

Visited the South Shields store today and got excellent service. Paul was calm, listened to our needs and took the time to find a creative solution! No pressure at all and not in the least bit 'salesy'. We will be back again!

We have been to tile giant Western Approach many times cover the last few weeks to buy tiles and under floor heating and to ask any questions we had about our purchases.
