The nurse I saw for an IUD today was incredible. I have had nothing but bad experiences with contraceptives the past few years and the last place I went for my original IUD was shocking at best. Thankfully no battle axe nurses, I was greeted by a fantastic nurse and attending HCA both super friendly and put my mind at ease. They were incredibly patient and caring with me and I couldn't have asked for better nurses. Thank you so much lovely ladies!

The staff are excellent but the system to access the clinic is appalling. You can only ring at 9am (so I was late to work) and be on hold for 10-15 minutes, only to be told there will be a call back in my case, for follow up treatment. I waited from 9.15 to 4.40 with my phone glued to my side for the call - 7.5 hours not taking my eyes off the phone, not being able to drive in case the doctor called - then unable to wait any longer I drove to my Mum's. And missed a call at 4.45 !*?!*! I rang the clinic back asap - again on hold for 15 minutes - and was told I'd have to start all over again at 9am tomorrow and that I should have answered the call. Why is it so hard to access basic health care? If you no longer offer walk in you should make it a lot easier to speak to someone; instead you have to put your life on hold in the hopes you might get to talk to a medical person about the health problem you're experiencing. So frustrating!

Fantastic service and very fast and efficient even during busy times. Staff take their time to make sure you feel comfortable and there is never any judgment. Even the blood test was a painless experience.

I was unfortunate to have a bad experience with one of the doctors here at icash. I had a phone call consultation to renew my contraception which was overdue because of Corona Virus but was made to feel incredibly guilty as I didn’t get it done when it ran out. During lockdown my sisters appointment was cancelled, this gave us the assumption that the clinic was closed, not only did this mean we didn’t call up for an appointment but our household was high risk, so I wouldn’t have wanted to go anyway. As a woman I shouldn’t be made to feel bad or guilty about my decisions that I make about my body and contraceptives especially by a professional doctor. Considering the circumstances I’d expect to be spoken to with understanding and support (as it is a sexual health clinic...), but instead got condescending judgement. The only good thing about this was when I called up to cancel the lady at reception was lovely, understand and very apologetic.

I had amazing experience! From the phone call to the appointments . Past week so i spoken to and met three nurses they all made me relaxed and comfortable. I was so worried about everything they all made me feel 'normal' made me felt comfortable and relaxed and made sure i understood about everything never made myself feeling silly about asking any questions. They explained everything to me. Definitely wouldn't be worried about going back again if i needed to. I would recommend everyone to go to icash

Rude on phone and no appointments. They cam only book appointments 48 hours in advance. Appalling service. The phone handler jumped to being rude very quickly. Very unhelpful when im attempting to sort out health issues.

Long overdue review of an excellent service.(I deducted a star because it can take a few call attempts to get an appointment). Fantastic staff, always explain what they are doing and what to expect.May be most importantly they listen. Thank you

I’ve had to bring a family member for their appointments a few times, each time i have found staff regarding parking very rude, they own a blue badge and despite it being on full display and parking within the 1 allocated parking space,a member of staff rudely told me I was blocking her in,who wasn’t parked in any sort of parking space and was parking in front of other cars. This isn’t the first time I have had staff ask me to move the car or have said I’m at fault when I am parking where I should be,and displaying all the right documents.I wouldn’t even of been apposed to moving for her to get out if she had asked with a nicer tone and bed side manner.

My GP surgery referred me to them as they no longer offer contraceptive services. Spoke to the most unfriendly, obstructive person possible. I appreciate the NHS is under immense pressure but this person was just plain rude.

This happened a few months ago but is impacting me now so feel the need to share this... the consultant I saw lied to me outright about the criteria for PrEP and told me I wasnt eligible for it (I absolutely am). Now I am likely going to have to wait longer for my monkeypox vaccine because I wasnt able to get on it there and then. This is unethical and I do feel that he likely took an instant disliking to me played into his decision to tell that lie/refuse treatment. Posted on a pseudonymous account for the sake of anonymity.

Staff were so helpful! I had quite a complicated procedure that needed to be done today and the team were really really good at communicating and reducing my anxiety. They were honest too so i was always aware what was happening and constantly asked me if I wanted to pause etc. Fantastic team. Thank you

I spoke to one of the nurses (Sam, I think) on the phone about getting my implant removed and she was so helpful! Went through the whole process with me and double checked that i could have someone in there with me. Couldn’t have asked for a better consultation, she really put me at ease

Have only ever had positive experiences with iCash Norwich, the reception staff are always attentive, the nurses are lovely and inform you of your care well, and I have never found it hard to book an appointment on the phone when needed. So glad Norwich has iCash!

They were extremely supportive and caring, I was very nervous going in but felt better after talking to one of the nurses, Janet. She was very sweet :)

Extremely helpful from the first phone call to visiting the clinic, all staff members were friendly, as a disabled person I found the Dr and nurse very helpful and understanding to my needs. I would like to thank them for treating me as a equal and speaking with me not my partner which many do because I am disabled.
