👍👍 Our young Lab, Bruno, badly injured his leg at the beach resulting in 3 operations to his leg. Rachel has been instrumental in his recovery and he has loved his sessions with her at the pool. She takes really good care of him and you can see its her passion. People often mention Rachel, time, dogs, session, pool, water, amazing, recommend, Doggy, Paddle,

If I could give more stars I would! My pup absolutely loved it, the staff we so attentive and gave me lots of tips on how to encourage her into the water and once she was in she didn't want to get out!

My dog Jax has been having hydrotherapy sessions with Rachel to build up muscle in his back legs after cruciate ligament surgery. So far he has had 7 sessions and his progress is amazing. Rachel is so professional, kind and patient with him as he does not normally like water. Everywhere is spotlessly clean with wonderful facilities such as life jackets and showers for the dogs and warm changing rooms for the humans. I highly recommend Doggy Paddle for both hydrotherapy and leisure swims for all dogs.

Friendly, helpful staff. My dogs wouldn't go in to the pool this time, but we managed to get their feet wet! Can't wait to go back. Nice sized pool, not too cold, toys to help encourage the dogs. Worth a visit. *on second visit my boy was having a great time in the pool within 10 minutes *

Took our very nervous rescue here for the first time and they were so great with him. The weekday changeovers are done so well that there wasn't anyone else in the building and he could have a good sniff before being fitted for his swim jacket. I didn't think he'd get in the water at all, but with guidance from staff we managed to get him to do two little swims. We'll definitely be back!

Going to doggy paddle is always great fun, Rachel is great for helping boost my dogs confidence in the water and going at his pace. The whole experience is well thought out with extras like a heater in the changing room and a doggy shower. Max is always very tired afterwards which is a bonus!

Highly recommend, I regularly take Tuppence my Miniature Dachshund to Doggy Paddle. She's gained so much confidence in the water since she started.

We had a great time at doggy paddle, everyone was very welcoming and kind. We have a little whippet who wasn’t too sure but was still a great experience, we will definitely be coming back again to build his confidence in the pool!

It was Jaxsons first hydrotherapy session today after his elbow surgery. Rachel was so welcoming and explained everything she was doing to us. Jaxson loved it and we can’t wait for next weeks session.. Thankyou so much 🐶

This place is lovely and Rachel is AMAZING!! It’s such a nice calm place for your dog to let off some steam and get some good exercise in. I took my dog for a therapist led fun & fitness session and to help with exercise and he absolutely loves it! My dog is also nervous around some people and can be reactive to other dogs yet Rachel was just PHENOMENAL with him! She got him swimming off the ramp by himself so quickly. He’s only had 2 sessions so far and has already improved from his first session. He’s shattered after the session too. I cannot recommend Doggy Paddle Norwich and Rachel enough!

I have been taking Raya swimming for a few months and we both absolutely love it! Raya is only 1 and has elbow dysplasia - Rachel has been AMAZING with Raya. So amazing that I think it's her favourite time of the week and she bounds in excited to swim every week! Rachel has made excellent assessments of Raya, she is so kind and loving to Raya like she is her own doggy! Also it has definitely helped Raya in terms of strengthening her joints and overall fitness, as well as her having fun. Highly recommend Doggy Paddle to all.

Both our dogs had the best time at Doggy Paddle! Our staffie has never been so happy and the ladies were so helpful with encouraging our other pup (who was a little nervous) to give it a go! Overall we will deffo be returning!

Felt very rushed to get in and out of the pool itself not the duration of the session time . took away the enjoyment (however had we booked a longer slot would have benefited from this) in between people but did book a weekend slot with 5 minutes In between seemed chaotic better in week with a longer slot . We was 7 minutes late due to an accident in traffic so leave plenty of time for delays to not shorten the experience as it is very to the minute . There is only one changing room I have autism so not suitable personally for me to change in one small room with additional person plus two large dogs but fine for the average person . Although anyone else with autism may also want to consider this and book a weekday to have longer time . Think it’s deff worth booking a longer slot with instructor or therapy session to fully benefit . For £30 for a fun splash with the above to consider we wouldn’t be returning for the distance we travelled or the price we paid for us personally .

This place is amazing I cannot recommend enough. My 12 year old doggy suffers from arthritis but relives her youth when she visits here. Rachel is so patient, friendly and so knowledgeable when it comes to my dogs needs. Myself and Roxie my pooch already trust her and look forward to our visits. Thank you so much

Freddie absolutely loved his first swim at Doggy Paddle. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and guided us gently through our session. The water was a lovely temperature and there were buoyancy aids and toys available for use. We will be back very soon, Thank you Sarah & Freddie (Cocker Spaniel 4 months)

Such a wonderful venue and the dogs were welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the pool in their own time. We did not feel rushed and the experience was super. Felt safe and secure and our instructor was extremely pleasant and patient, she clearly understood the dogs needs and I highly recommend.

Had the most amazing time being able to swim with my dog. It was so easy to book and so clean inside. Really friendly staff whom were so helpful with it being our first time swimming. We will definitely be back and hopefully convince some of Woodys friends to come too! thanks again!

Amazing experience! We recently rescued a nervous bull terrier and want him to experience lots of new fun things to do. Doggy Paddle is certainly top of his list!! Friendly and obvious dog lovers, the owners couldn't do enough to help, we were greeted at the door (to avoid dogs) and went straight up to the pool & were fitted for a life jacket. He soon found the toy box and was straight in! Although quite nervous, the owners were encouraging and playful and our dog had a blast (including running around the pool with his favourite squeaky toy!). Excellent facilities and run by wonderful people. We've already booked our next session.

WOW! Great place! Great staff! My dog is very reactive but my nerves were quickly calmed when I arrived. The team are kind and have got a great system for encouraging hesitant swimmers. My dog Jess really enjoyed herself and I had fun in the pool with her. Cannot recommend it enough such a wholesome experience!!!

What a fantastic experience! Misty has never been sure about the water, and was hesitant to go in deeper than her feet. Rachel was amazing and coached us on how to encourage Misty, while gently coaxing her into the water At the end of the session Misty was swimming like a pro, and sooooo proud of herself. Facilities were great, and there were plenty of toys to get Misty excited. Would totally recommend Doggy Paddle. S,P and M

Today we went swimming in the newly refurbished pool. The new long padded ramp is amazing and offers lots of opportunities to gently enter the water or dive in from the top and everything between. Super clean and very efficiently run by Rachel and George, who are both knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! The staff/owners are so helpful to ensure you get the most out of your time. Willow is 6m and had her first session, she loved it....already booked another session as cannot wait to go back. Pool is clean and warm (bonus for us humans) and they have doggy lifejackets for any newbies/anxious doggos.
