Totally
gutted
that
I
have
to
write
this
review.
Scaped
nature,
for
a
long
time,
was
our
favourite
shop
in
Norwich.
A
genuine
side
step
from
the
busy
city,
where
you
could
visit
to
enjoy
the
beauty
of
underwater
gardening
(aquascaping)
or
buy
yourself
a
lovely
terrarium.
This
shop
kickstarted
our
internet
in
aquascaping
into
an
actual
hobby.
The
tanks
were
beautifully
kept,
maintained
and
stocked,
and
the
animals
(fish,
snails
and
shrimp)
happy.
I
went
in
there
today
and
it
is
an
absolute
travesty.
The
quality
of
the
water
is
bad,
the
equipment
is
more
poorly
cleaned
that
I
would
expect
from
pets
at
home
and
the
animals
are
scratching
at
the
glass
to
get
out.
The
enclosures
are
far
too
small
for
these
animals
and
there
are
far
too
many
animals
fro
such
a
small
shop.
There
were
stacks
of
boxes
of
animals,
snakes
looking
depressed
in
small
vivs
and
a
few
exotics
that
looked
more
depressed
that
shamu
the
whale.
Another
point
is
like
to
make
is
that
both
of
the
last
two
times
I
visited
the
shop,
it
has
looked
like
a
bomb
had
gone
off.
There
are
boxes
and
tanks
and
items
all
over
the
floor,
aquasand
bags
split
on
the
shelves,
plants
in
the
fridge
that
look
like
they
almost
entirely
rotten
away
and
the
place
just
feels
completely
dismal.
It’s
such
a
shame
that
the
change
over
from
Ray
and
his
lovely
wife
has
caused
such
a
spiral.
I
will
have
to
resort
to
driving
to
another
city
to
get
my
supplies
from
now
on
and
I
won’t
be
recommending
this
shop
as
a
must
visit
to
anyone
else
(which
I
always
have
in
the
past).
