This is a wonderful service, if i could give 10 stars I would. After having Craig come round and get my little tank back on track (I had some problems with my fish getting sick), we had a chat and now I am renting a bigger, more beautiful aquarium which they look after for me. Amazing service from Craig. He went above and beyond looking after our koi and talking us through what to do on the phone. He was even kind enough to pop over to our house when we were out to set the pond up for us. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

Really good service. I have had my filter fixed and the tank serviced and both appointments were great. It is lovely to have such a clean tank and not have to worry about trying to do it all myself. Also received great advice on how to look after the fish and the tank, everything from what and when to feed them, to the best sponge to use to clean the glass. Really helpful! Will be using aquafinatics again, for services and to help us move house in the future.

Absolutely brilliant and experience fish pond repairers knew exactly what I needed was an upgrade equipment. Nothing was any trouble for them to do. I’ve had my pond since 2006 during the day I asked many questions, and they also knew the answer. At the end of the day. My pond is now running 100%+ absolutely brilliant, firm I would recommend them to anyone and just to add to this, it didn’t cost a fortune to do all of the work (The first photo is what I’ve had for many years. The second photo is what I have now.)

I was given a very reasonable quote and Craig came out to carry out the work, it became obvious after a day of hard work from craig that my liner needed replacing, Craig done a beautiful job of re lining the pond the following day, the workmanship is second to none. Knowledgeable and Passionate. These two words sum up Craig perfectly. I enquired about some assistance with my small 750L fish pond which has fallen into disrepair over the years. Rather than push a sale onto me, he took the time to visit site and talk me through some remedies and techniques I can do myself to bring the pond back to life over a course of weeks. Along with this, we discussed a large wildlife pond I was considering in the back garden, and he again took the time to talk me through some pointers, plants layouts and general advice. Even after explaining it wasn't in the pipeline for a year or two, Craig clearly wanted to just talk ponds and his passion shows. The offer for his assistance to help with the small pond to bring it back to life quickly was extended and at a reasonable price as well of which I've accepted. Would recommend to anyone who is after help and advice with whatever pond you have!

From the very first phone call and Craig's prompt call back to the finished job, I could not be happier or more impressed. The pond now looks absolutely fantastic, and the fish are now in a pond that LOOKS like a pond and not a rag tag mess that the previous gentleman left it in. My husband and I took on a project of building a wildlife pond, which we have done in the past in a previous home. What we did not realise was that our ages have caught up with us and Craig from AquaFanatics came to the rescue. Craig turned up on the appointed day as promised and sorted out the levelling of the pond. What was having us in a spin was sorted out very quickly and efficiently without any fuss or bother. I've been having trouble with stubborn hair algae in my aquarium for some time now and it's made me feel like I'm at the end of my tether. After talking with Craig and using their service to look after my tank, things have really turned a corner. Close monitoring of water chemistry levels and trouble free water changes have made such a difference. Also means that I don't have to spend my time doing the dirty work. Would highly recommend.
