I was here on Friday 19th July 2019 with my best mate while holidaying in Norwich and we wanted to find a lake with some big carp in and we were not disappointed. See the picture of the 19lb mirror carp I caught which is my personal best currently, most of the 20+ fish we caught that day were 10lbs or more so got a good fight out of them. I would recommend this lake to everyone as they have a great stock and also smaller fish for beginners. Trust if I am back in the area I will be back. Friendly staff on site and had a great conversation with a local fisherman called Glen who was a fountain of knowledge and gave some great advise. He was teaching kids from the local school which I thought was a lovely idea.

Family fishing day at the lakes. Staff were fantastic and really helpful. Fun fishing enjoyed by both me and my 14 year old daughter. Will be coming again to have a session on the training lake before taking to the pleasure lake. A great place to come.

A really good place with a starter lake, nice to take your kids to as an introduction to fishing. Caught about 20 small roach in 4 hours. Toilets and little shop on site

Fantastic place. Went here with my two boys for a day's beginner fishing and Sarah was brilliant with us. She taught us the basics, set us up with everything we needed and overall spent about 2 hours with us. She also had all the tackle etc we needed so we didn't need to bring anything. All three of us caught loads of little fish and also at least one big carp each so all came away having had a great time. Thanks Sarah for a brilliant day out!

Massive F1 carp a good day bit windy

Just come back from a couple of hours on the training lake with my young son. The staff here are fantastic me being a typical bloke didn't take any jumper or coat for my son when we got there I was unsure weather to fish as the weather had turned and my son only had a T shirt on the staff here found my son a jumper to borrow. We had a couple of hours fishing and was really happy with what we caught. I would highly recommend it here. The tackle shop is also very reasonably priced. Thank you.

I fished on the top lake in a match and I was on the side of the lake with a grass slope down to the platform, nothing wrong with that I hear everyone saying, but it ruined for about 2 hours before the end of the match no problem with that but as I was taking my gear to the car one of the trips my foot slipped from under me and I badly pulled my muscle in my leg, it was so painful I thought I was going to pass out, if the owner was going to put some sleepers down as steps that would help alot and reduce thd risk of anyone slipping against.
