A very honest company who go above and beyond for you. Phone calls to let you know they have received your product for repair and after to say work was completed. I thought my phone needed a new charging port but actually just needed cleaning out so they refunded me the difference! Don't know may companies like this with such honesty. Fantastic service! Laptop broke the week before university started again so I didn't think I'd have a laptop for uni. My laptop was not charging and as I had used this business before I knew exactly where to take it. Service from start to finish was great. They do not charge to look at item and call you before commencing work. Was quickly reunited with my laptop. Would recommend.

Took my PS4 in for some issues I'd been having. Didn't have to book an appointment or anything just dropped it off in the morning for them to diagnose the issue for free - had a call back in a couple of hours with the problem to which I gave the affirmative to fix it and it was done in an hour or two! Unfortunately couldn't save the data that was lost in the repair but I can't fault them for that because it was a hardware issue that prevented it. Great service, I've already recommended it to a couple of people! (Prices were great too!)

Came in thinking I would need to replace my charging port entirely, but they managed to professionally clean it instead and fix the issue (as well as my speakers out of courtesy) for only £10. Really appreciate fixing the issue honestly and quickly when they could have easily upsold me the more expensive repair and I’d have been none the wiser

After accidentally cracking/smashing the back of my iphone 13 pro max back glass i looked into Apple repairs which quoted me £519!!! Found Tech Resolvers online and reached out to them via email, rapid, clear response and offered a replacement for £150, dropped my phone off at 9am and collected a freshly renewed phone by the afternoon, new screen protector was applied free of charge although slightly not applied 100% straight and some minor residue of glue around the rim of the back glass, apart from that highly recommended.

Was sent here by a chap at Currys / PC World as they were suggesting a week or more turnaround. These guys responded rapidly & did a great job fixing my laptop, essential for business use so needed back swiftly!

Unfortunately I dropped my iPad in bath and stopped working. Apple were charging over £400 to fix water damage but found these guys based on their reviews and they were great. Charged me £75 and within 24 hours I collected my iPad fully working. Great service and highly recommend. Thanks 👍

Carl (from Wymondham) called at my home, replaced the dying battery on my iPhone, noticed that the screen protector (which I'd put on myself) was a bit crooked so took it off and replaced it, insisting that that was free of charge. All done within about three hours of the initial phone call. Excellent service.

Got the camera replaced on my Redmi note 10 pro. The work was completed in an hour at a good price and the camera and phone are now working perfectly. They have a good team and Sonja couldn't be more helpful. I would recommend them for mobile phone repairs.

I smashed it on holiday, booked the repair online and it was resolved and fixed within 48 hours . I had an email and phone call to confirm everything before I arrived home also . Absolutely first class. They repaired my iPhone 12 Pro where another shop had failed. Actually did more work than they quoted for but for the same price. Cannot fault these guys at all. Would highly recommend.

Replaced the charging port on my iPhone7. Very friendly and helpful when I was explaining the issue I was having with charging cables being loose. Fitted a new charging port within an hour or so, and now the phone is good as new! I highly recommend We Solve All.

Excellent service and repair shop. Spoke to John and left my Sony Xperia 1 for repair. My phone had a board repair and was fixed without losing any data. Good communication throughout. I would recommend 'We Solve All' for any technology repairs. They are trustworthy and honest. Update - I also left my Asus laptop for repair and again had good communication from Sonya about the fault and board repair. My laptop is back and I'm very happy with the service. This little shop is incredible! The service was out of this world i phoned up dropped my phone off and had the repair done all in under 2hrs. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and the gent who took the payment was courteous and helpful! Will definitely recommend and use again.

Brilliant service from this company. I called to describe the fault with our iPad, I was directed to their outlet at Lowestoft which was more convenient. My wife dropped it over to them at 8.30 in the morning and she received at message to say the new screen had been fitted by mid afternoon. The work that was carried out was first class, looks like new again, thank you.

We recently had a camera lens changed on a Samsung s9. We booked and paid online. The service received was fast, efficient and professional. They explained they would need to order the part in (which we knew) but they did try to find an alternative to get it sorted quicker for us. I had a problem with my Sony Xperia - the battery expanded and lifted the screen off. We Solve All got a replacement battery within a day and fitted it the day after. It wasn't easy as the old battery was in quite a state, but it was fixed and works perfectly with no loss of data. Very professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

iPhone 6S+ battery replacement I called We Solve All in the morning to check that they had a new battery in stock to fit my trusty iPhone 6S+. I took the phone to the shop in the afternoon and 40 minutes later it was returned with a new battery and the charging port cleaned out. Excellent value for money at £30. Speedy, friendly, knowledgeable staff and parking is available right outside. What more would you want? Couldn’t be better
