Joe has been incredibly helpful from day one, from responding really quickly to my initial enquiry with very useful information, to helping deal with a few hiccups our end along the way. Gone above and beyond and been great to deal with - the best of all the storage options in Norwich by a country mile

We had a very good experience of using Viking self storage in Norwich. Staff were at all times friendly and helpful, all our questions were resolved. This is a very flexible no hassle service at a reasonable price with a discount on the first 2 months. Having 24/7 access and flexibility on length of contact was extremely helpful with all the uncertainty of moving house. Highly recommended.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Used them for a few months to store stuff whilst we were having our kitchen remodelled. The system is so easy to use and the 24 hour access is fabulous. Meant we were able to root round on christmas eve trying to find our pots and pans to cook our Christmas Dinner. There is plenty of parking and plenty of trollies available. The premises are well lit, secure and clean. Just brilliant!!

I used vikings for 6 months, I felt as ease as soon as I went to have a look round. Joe was really helpful, made sure the unit was exactly what I needed. Any problems sent emails and replied quickly. Very good!

I recently had cause to store some items with Viking at very short notice, and Tracey could not have been more helpful, discussing the size of unit needed and offering a discounted first two month. On visiting to sign up I received a guided tour and the relevant information on access etc. The storage is all indoors, 24 hour secure and recorded access, safe parking, well lit with automatic lighting and a reasonable ambient temperature. The storage unit identified was ideal for us, and everywhere is scrupulously clean and tidy. Viking is so convenient and easy to find as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Viking to anyone as a solution to their storage problems.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve had-have never felt so dismissed in my life. Lady with short black hair at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive, and hounded us when we said we’d leave and find business elsewhere. Incredibly ageist and completely condescending, making rude remarks and laughing towards us. Turned up at 4:15 and made to feel rushed when we close at 5. Change your times if you can’t be bothered to work until your businesses listed times. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Edit: it won’t let me reply so this is an updated version. Thank you for taking the time to reply. The booking was under the name cacilia, who does not have a Google review account. We enquired and reserved a spot for 13th august 2022. If you read more of your lower reviews, you’ll also notice customer service has been an issue mentioned. We decided to take our business elsewhere (after being told many times that we wouldn’t find anywhere from your front desk very rudely) and they have also received similar complaints about the Viking storage unit. Large airey building on an industrial estate in NW Norwich. Nicely cooled on a very hot day. I had called the day before but was not sent an email detailing the requirements for storage. Luckily, I was carrying my driving licence. I saw a lady who apologised for the lack of communication. She went through the terms and conditions and the offer of 8 weeks half price, a similar offer to the main storage prices. She told me insurance was, firstly "the law" but I said compulsory which she confirmed and added it to the contract. This irritated me slightly as our storage items were worth very little so I took minimum cover of £500. I have used Yellow Storage before and insurance was not a hard sell so it was covered in my home cover but I had changed providers. We got 25 sq ft which was adequate for our storage needs.

Very happy with Viking, this is the 2nd year of using. Find the staff very helpful, friendly and professional at all times. The storage facility is spotless and well maintained and there is a wide range of units on offer at a very reasonable price

Exceptional customer service from Joe and team. Made moving a breeze as didn’t have to do all in one day. Was much cheaper than hiring a removals van and because we didn’t need the lock up for the entire month received a refund! Wasn’t expecting that. Secure facility access 24/7 fully alarmed. Cannot recommend enough. Will use Viking again should the need arise.

The team at Viking are extremely friendly and helpful, from checking in on first day of my booking to checking out at the end they have been very accommodating and informative. The whole setup process with Joe was thorough, informative and made sure I knew exactly how everything worked before allowing me off to do my own thing. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team. The units are really clean, and the design of the corridors and the supply of carts to move stuff around makes moving in and out effortless (until you get to your van).

Really clean throughout and all staff are friendly and welcoming. They were helpful and honest when it came to choosing the right size storage and recommended a great man with a van as well. Chris is thorough with all the information you may need and make using storage as simple and easy as it should be! I'll be using them again for any future storage needs.

I would highly recommend Viking self storage. I ended up storing some items from my house for around 18 months. The facility is great, clean and secure. The staff are welcoming and always very helpful. Prices are competitive and very fair, they offered me various discounts and an upgrade (this, I’m sure is dependant on personal needs and length of time occupying a lock up). Will definitely use again. 10/10.

Clean and modern storage facilities. All staff really helpful and approachable. We needed to add another small unit to help us with a house move and they accommodated us quickly and even found us a unit opposite our larger unit. Easy to use access points including out of hours. Really helpful that they have plenty of trolleys (big and small) to help move your things. We didn't want to have to use storage with this house move but given that we needed to in the end we were pleased we chose Viking.

I can't recommend Viking enough! From the very first point of contact, Joe and Tracey were friendly, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to make a stressful time so much smoother. This included price matching the quote and finding an additional unit for us last minute! Thank you!

Extremely well run. The staff are really helpful. Everything is spotlessly clean and gives complete confidence that items are safe. When we had queries staff were really quick to help. The storage is in Norwich and we live in Leeds but everything went smoothly.
