As usual, Goblin Gaming offered what I wanted at a great price. Although the order was held up waiting for stock to arrive, this was made clear when I ordered so I knew that this would be the case when I ordered and did not mind waiting. I also never had any trouble getting through to speak to someone for an update. Once in stock the order was dispatched promptly and arrived securely packaged and in mint condition. Good prices. I ordered aerosol which had to be delivered by courier. This didn’t specify a timeframe at check out but I can confirm that it is sent with DHL next day delivery. Everything was package well and perfectly safe.

Ordered Into the Dark Kill Team as much cheaper than anywhere else, not only did it arrive on time but box well packaged with a lovely free gift from store. Great small company with a very personal touch. I don't live too far away and I always prefer to keep business local and support local businesses, but I still arranged for delivery and the goods arrived very promptly with a nice sweet in the box for my son which he was very happy with. A really nice gesture. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and their prices were cheaper than Amazon for what I wanted.

Excellent seller. I purchased a board game before Christmas however it took just over 2 months to come. This was not there fault but rather a supply chain issue (as a result of Brexit) that was completely out of there hand. Their sales team remained in contact with me throughout my wait for the board game and updated me as it slowly made its way to my front door. The received parcel contained the board game which was in perfect condition, 2 stickers and a refreshers bar in way of an apology for the time delay. Looking forward to shopping with them again.

You're only as good as your last experience. I've used Goblin Gaming a few times before. They tend to take a little while to deliver, but have been generally very good. Not so with the recent Heroquest release however. Despite being a pre-order customer (and goblin Gaming taking my money at the original point of ordering), they were unable to provide the items I had paid for. A month later I still don't have them or any solid guarantees of when i might receive them (and they still have my money). In the meantime I've walked past (literally in some cases) a dozen opportunities to pick up the items from other sources and I'm tired of waiting so I've now requested a refund. How well that goes will either add a star or remove one from this review EDIT: As promised I have updated this review in accordance with how the refund request was handled, which was within a matter of a few hours and with excellent communications

Have used Goblin Gaming plenty now, and they always provide excellent service. An easy-to-use site, great communication and always fast delivery. Will continue to use them frequently.

Good cusomer service, not got the products yet so can't rate them but as they're third party i'm expecting they'll be fine. Annoyingly DPD failed next day delivery by leaving it at a wrong address. Goblin gaming were quick to resolve the issue.

Sorry goblin gaming I hate to do this but you asked for a review. Price wise you are fine and in line with other online 3rd party vendors and a little cheaper in places. Delivery time however was/is terrible. It took just over 5 weeks to receive the items I ordered, and at the end of week 3 I reached out and was told it would be with me by the end of the next week, took a extra week on top of that. My partner has also ordered something from you that you supposedly had in stock, we are still waiting for said item despite it saying "order now and receive by monday", its now 11 pm on Tuesday so that's 2 days late and still showing as not even picked. This is a area that really needs to be worked on as I'd rather pay 10% more to have the items in a more timely manner in the future.

I have placed multiple orders with Goblin Gaming and have been delighted with every single one. I have phoned the store a number of times to ask about different stock and items or get order updates and needed to change my delivery speed for one order which they accommodated straight away. The customer service is excellent, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the product quality is excellent, the packaging is perfect...not to much and not to little. I really can't think of anything to complain about. Excellent value for money, great customer service and regular order updates...what more do you need? :) Highly recommend using Goblin Gaming.

I have been able to receiver Two deliveries from orders I have made to the Goblin. This is due to the prompt action taken. Miniature figures, a model kit and art supplies all arrived in pristine condition due to the outstanding packaging system they used. They'll be having more of my money due to the service and prices. An absolute pleasure to deal with! Having placed some orders online and spoken to them on the phone I found them to be very helpful and extremely professional. There is a good variety of products and the Warhammer sets are much cheaper than anywhere else I've found online. I will no doubt be placing more orders with them in the future.

My order had a couple issues with things out of stock and I ended up asking to combine an order together since it took some time I decided I wanted more. Whilst one thing was out of stock for a while it was no fault of Goblin gaming and they were very transparent and more than happy to communicate regards issues! Indeed they swapped out the item taking a while for something else and combined my orders, and when it shipped it came very quickly.
