First class customer service, fitting and experience. Tim and Adrian provided and fitted vinyl and laminate flooring which can only be described as amazing. The finish will always be determined by the quality of the fitting, I have included some photos with the review so you can appreciate the standards Northwich Carpets and Laminates can provide to your home. Nothing was too big an ask, I mentioned that I disliked beading, Adrian provided a solution, how he did it I will never know. I would recommend you go here before anywhere else, the final price paid was less than half that quoted by another local business.

Tim and the fitters have done every room in my house, some twice now over the years. I never go anywhere else. Value, Quality and Service second to none.

We’ve just had our stairs and landing carpeted by Northwich Carpets and Laminates and we’re so happy with the results. They came round promptly to measure and provide a quote, they were able to do a slightly better price as the colour we wanted they had a lot of stock in and we were able to book them in to fit within 3 weeks. Very good service and price compared to other places we’d seen. The fitters were polite and friendly and did a good job in a short amount of time! Would definitely recommend and come back if we ever have more carpet.

I would highly recommend this company! They came round to measure, brought lots and lots of samples and gave great advice to help us choose. We were really nervous about getting the right carpet after a previous poor experience with a different company. I felt 100% confidence with Tim and the fitters. Three storey house done in a morning. Tim was very helpful. Price was half that of the housing developer, and 1/3rd less than carpetright. Thoroughly recommend!

Superb service. Very friendly, professional and great value for money. I’ll be sure to recommend them to everyone that needs new carpets or flooring. I'm really happy with my new vinyl herringbone flooring (woodtex 9022) to update and modernise 2yr old vinyl in my new build and carpet that was in the hall. Cliff did a great job fitting it to perfection right to the edges in 4 rooms without using sealant so it looks like a wood floor. Wouldn't hesitate to use Northwich Carpets and Laminates in the future.

They came out to measure up and Tim helped us to narrow it down when we felt overwhelmed at the vast choice of carpets. Prices were more than reasonable and he was very accommodating with different fitting dates for different rooms, based on when other aspects of decorating were ready. Northwich Carpets and Laminates was my choice of company to carry out the task. I’m really pleased to say from ordering in and fitting NCL looked after all my needs.
