Do not give your money to these liars!! I purchased a car from them and within a few weeks the oil kept reducing at a quick pace and the windscreen washer pump was faulty so I was unable to clear the windscreen when driving home on the motorway. On purchasing the car I was informed that it had only recently passed its service and MOT the week before, this was clearly put through dodgy by their servicing department as the car was unsafe to drive. I have now found out (under 2 months after purchasing) that the oil issue requires a complete new engine and that the car is deemed unsafe. The main issue now is the hassle to get a refund for this, taking many days whilst I pay out for taxis and back to work every day. I’ve been promised call backs multiple times and let down by them and had some laughable offers from the head of sales. I have been lied to on multiple occasions by various staff members and they are even trying to charge me for the few miles I’ve added to the clock since owning the car! I have never experienced such awful service as I have with this. I am still out of pocket as of today and having to battle to even get the money I paid them back despite the car being within the 60 day warranty period. Please avoid at all costs.

Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and I'd recommend that you see him if your looking for a new car. Also the manager Brad Coyne, couldn't speak highly enough of him. I sold and bought a car from here in March, the car had marks on the interior and needed some general tlc. I was told this would be sorted before I collected the car, however it was still handed over to me with the same marks and was not thoroughly cleaned. I did not mention anything as I thought it would be more hassle to go back and leave my car there than to just do it myself although it was disappointing. Not even a month after buying the car and my rear wiper blade had broken and was hanging over my registration plate, I contact the dealership and this was fixed. Since then we have discovered the bonnet does not open, I paid nearly £9000 for the vehicle and I feel like I could have got a car with less issues from another place for a lot cheaper. Very disappointing as you would expect a dealership like Arnold Clark to sell good quality vehicles that have been thoroughly checked over.

I am really impressed with Arnold Clark in Northwich after buying my new car this week, the service I received from Paul and Liam was honestly brilliant. Paul was never pushy with anything, he was clear about the process from the beginning and really put me at ease, he kept me regularly updated on the phone and called me a few days after I’d collected the car as well to make sure I was happy and didn’t have any questions which was great! When it came to the day I was due to collect my car, my husband hurt his ankle so was unable to drive which meant I had no way of actually getting to the dealership to collect my car anymore. Thankfully Liam called me and offered to come and pick me up from my home and drive me to the dealership so I could still get it that day. I really felt like they went above and beyond for me and Liam also spent a good 15 minutes with me in the car talking through all the features and ensuring it was set how I wanted before I drove away. Going from a car that didn’t even have air conditioning to one which has a lot more tech could have been quite confusing for me if Liam hadn’t taken the time to show me how it all works so I was very grateful. Overall brilliant service and I’ll definitely be recommending Arnold Clark to my family and friends.

We had our 2nd test drive of an EV6 before committing to a purchase. Our test drive buddy was very helpful and chatty whilst taking us on a good long run. Our present car dealer has been excellent for many years now but as we wanted an EV and sadly they don’t have any we look forward to having the same great after sales and service into the future.

I dropped in on the weekend on the spur of the moment to look at a Kia EV6 and was welcomed by Lucy, who walked me around the car and agreed to organize a test drive there and then. The drive was great and Lucy kept me informed of various details of the car. It was just really nice to be looked after, with no sales pressure at all, in a professional, friendly and relaxed manner. Having just sold my car to Arnold Clark, I have to say I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided, and the price I received for my car, which was significantly more competitive than any of the other car buying businesses. Chloe from the ‘Click and Collect’ Dept was polite, professional and very friendly, clearly explaining everything all the way through what was a very pleasant transaction. If you are looking to sell your car, I would seriously recommend speaking to Chloe at Arnold Clark, and avoid wasting time with any other buyers.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Reserved a car with this branch, was under the impression that it was being delivered to me and then had my deposit refunded (the day before I was due to pick up the car) with no explanation as to why. Phoned the branch 4 times over 4 days and was constantly told that someone would be in touch to help me. Well this was well over a week ago now and nothing, ridiculous.

Asked to see a specific car. Was sent a link to a video of that car created for us by Tom. Very good video tour of the car. We went to see the car and Tom came with us on the test drive, very helpful. Quick discussion with Richard to buy the car with a good part exchange offer. Haven't taken the car away yet, so hoping all goes well.

Had a test drive of new KIA EV5 - Dan who took me on the test drive , he was excellent. Very helpful about the the cars features and not only answered my questions but also pointed out additional aspects of the car. I have had test drives without garage representative before , and while this is good you don't get to find out everything that a car can do or get the full benefits.

Called in to look at the new Proceed unfortunately they had recently sold the last one in the show room. Dan had the time to go and get his own proceed from 10 minutes away just so I could see the car. Great services, very helpful and friendly.

Don't be fooled by this company. They offer £750 extra for part ex. What they don't tell you is that they offer £500 less for your car than any other local garage and charge up to £500 above the price for a replacement car. So the £750 off is a red herring. Very pleasant until they realise they've lost a sale, then not so nice. Won't go there again.
