Never been so satisfied with a car purchase than when I came to Ford in Northwich a few months ago. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Jacob Coles who knows a great deal about Fords and was able to find me the car I didn't even know I wanted. A huge upgrade from last vehicle and for a very similar price, I was in and out within a couple of hours. He made me feel very welcome and was able to explain everything about the car with ease. Very friendly team and they are always there to help or answer any questions you may have even after you drive off. I will definitely be coming back for my next one.

What an easy process to buy our new ‘used’ car! We had Josh support us and we can’t thank him enough for his knowledge and attentiveness. The best car dealership by far that I have been too. Bought my "used" car from there just over a week ago and I love it. It was exactly as described and in great condition, neither undervalued or overpriced. All the staff were great, polite and friendly but special mention to Jake who I dealt with. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with ease. He went above and beyond, personally delivering my car as I couldn't collect it due to an illness in the family. Bought a new car from northwich and was very pleased with the time and attention i got from Josh. Who knew his product and the buying process really well despite being relatively new there Helpfull and friendly, would use again. Distance e signiture process when not at dealer was a little confusing. But overall a really good experience.

We just recently took the car in for a service and I can honestly say that we were are very satisfied with the service the car had. The car was picked up early as we asked for pickup and drop off service which is great for us as it's to far to walk from the showroom. The service was carried out with a couple of things on the car needed to be done, so Dawn contacted us to ask our permission for these to be done by their mechanic at the garage, the car was back with us by lunchtime.

I was trading in my old car and was worried it would be overly complicated, but no they were really understanding and made the process really easy. The service from Mughera was so efficient in having the new vehicles transported to EH Northwich and prepared, that I had to organise to have the company trackers and dashcams removed, from the cars we were part exchanging, at the dealership. As our telematics company could not get out in time to remove them at our office before we took ownership of the new cars. Great service by Jake. I do not live near the dealership but had found the car I wanted on the website so rang and spoke to Jake who arranged everything making sure I had videos and photos of the car and was happy with everything before then having the car delivered to me. Upon arrival the CD player didn’t work so Jake personally drove approx 2 hours each way to collect my car and take it back to the dealership to be fixed. Received a call later the same day to say all sorted and arranging return delivery of my car. Thank you for great service!
