    Fuel stop, I mean as many of my other posts for petrol stations state, its a petrol station! It sells fuel and other items in limited quantities! Fuel is expensive, as it it everywhere these days! If I need fuel I may visit again! Can also accommodate HGV refueling and isn't open 24hrs!

    Purchased a Fiesta ST (19 regd) from Pye Motors, thoroughly recommended. I saw the vehicle initially on line and contacted the dealership by phone as I live in North Wales, some two hours away. The car sounded great as I had been looking for some time, with no success. I spoke to Andy Lofthouse and Andy has been great from start to finish. We agreed on a part ex price on my vehicle, he gave a detailed overview of their vehicle and provisionally agreed the finance, all remotely, to save any wasted journeys. I then viewed the vehicle on Sunday with Andy confident enough of a sale that he had sorted a complete service and valet on our arrival. The car was immaculate, all paperwork and everything as described, most refreshing after visiting several other large dealerships over the past few weeks and not receiving the same experience. This allowed us to complete the deal there and then and drive away in a new car! Great! It was really helpful just dealing with one person from start to finish and Andy has made the experience as it should be when buying a car, a pleasure. Thank you very much.

    I have had sales and servicing experience at Pye Motors Morecambe and l must say both experiences were excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and they provide a pleasant service. I would like to highlight Andy Lofthouse. He goes above and beyond for customers to ensure a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Pye Motors Morecambe.

    Reception staff were rude. We were Told The issue with car was because we had overfilled oil. We have never put oil in, always been serviced by pyes. Then they tell us we are riding the clutch. But they did not find a fault. Supported and Purchased cars from them and had all services done for last 30 years. Never get my families business again now. Disappointed to say the least.

    Another exceptional service received from Pye Motors when selecting and collecting my new car. Everything was explained clearly to me by David Turner who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient from start to finish. I am delighted with my new Kuga, and look forward to dealing again with Pye Motors and David going forward.

    Booked my minibus in due to it blowing white smoke out first time told it was egr cooler pretty sure it wasn’t so didn’t bother getting it done as it was near £1000 mark so a few weeks later went back with it again due to same problem and in limp mode I said that I wanted a fuel vaporiser fitting as I was told of the aa guy that’s what it was and it’s quite a common fault so £1250 later the part I wanted fitted wasn’t a few other parts were fitted that I was told was the problem it wasn’t bus lasted 3 hours after I picked it up before the smoke started 3 days later limp mode back to square one so went to another local garage told them what was happening they diagnosed fuel vaporiser four hours later back on the road no smoke job done so advise is if you want your car doing properly find someone else

    Having had the misfortune to breakdown with Mrs C and mother aged 102 + wheelchair en route to lunch, my experience had a happy ending when A A courtesy of Ford Assist towed my vehicle to Pye Motors Lancaster. When one experiences service 'par excellence' it is a true delight to give due credit and the manager Nicola (together with tech whizz Russel) must be justly proud of ALL the staff who exhibited tolerance, understanding, logical explanations (to an old buffer like me) and kindness of which the founding fathers of Pye Motors would I'm sure have been justly proud, "looking after customers".I am now a confirmed customer for the foreseeable future and look forward to my next happy experience confidently in their capable hands, THANK YOU SO MUCH.Greatly appreciated.Car now behaving impeccably.

    The treatment we received this afternoon was discraceful. I took a gentleman down to speak about getting a ford Kuga but when we arrived were told the staff member had been double booked. An insincere apology was given before he walked off leaving an elderly gentleman sat alone with no other services. I would advise you to retrain your staff on empathy towards people that aren't as able as others. It took a lot of effort for this gentleman to make it to an appointment made for him to be turned away without a thought! Safe to say we won't Be rebooking after the way he was treated.

    Where do I begin. The fact I had to wait 3 weeks before picking up the vehicle, which I was told was in the body shop to arrive to see the paint job was botched and see a dent on the side which hadn't even been tried to be fixed. To have Nick (the owner) say "ah we were hemming and hawing about getting that fixed but we've been too busy". After having a full look around the vehicle saw that the rust was painted over and not properly fixed, scratches hadn't even been dealt with and all they offered was a full tank of full. Talk about customer service, buy a vehicle and wait 3 weeks to see them not even bother do proper job. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone wanting a new or second hand car or even to look at their show room. And then the receptionist was on the phone to a customer while hand gesturing to another employee that the person was stupid on the phone. Definitely the worst experience I've had.

    Couldn’t even open a Ford bonnet so couldn’t do their ‘checks’ and so said the car was a wreck. Wanted to charge £150 to fix a bonnet that wasn’t broken. We opened it easily before we left. Not at all impressed. They need to employ someone who can open a bonnet

    Want to share a bad experience .Went to their showroom last week and all the representatives were busy but one of them did help us to look around. He took all our information and reassured us that someone will call us soon. Tried to call them, no one attended. It looks like they are too busy to attend their customers or are not interested. Never experienced this poor service from any other car dealers
