Just left carpetright morecambe, 2 salesmen had zero interest in assisting us. I had planned to purchase a carpet but after that experience I won’t be returning!

Great staff until you have a problem.....very poor quality vinyl flooring and they won't honour the 10 year guarantee. I will be going local independent in future.

Used this shop a number of times, always great service from all staff, but especially Vicki as she has served us many times. Also great quality fitting, from I think his name was Steve, what a brilliant job done and what a nice young man.

They had 2 weeks notice to get ready to fit our carpets, it was the whole house, they turned up at 13.30 on the day of fitting. During the process, one of the carpets was discovered damaged,. They will be turning up late on tomorrow to finish off the job. I would not recommend this firm to anyone, no organisation and poor customer service.

I came into the Lancaster branch to have carpets fitted in my dads house. Excellent customer service Andrew took care of me as soon as I walked into the store. Very knowledgeable and advised me of the products I would need and a rough price that needed verification by a surveyor. He was very efficient and seeing I was in a rush didn’t give me the usual blather just good advice and showed me the stock he had available as I needed a quick turn around. I was booked in the following day for the survey who again gave excellent service (Darren) Andrew called me back that day and said he had a price which would include everything I had asked for. The price I feel was very reasonable I called straight into the store and paid in full so I could get the earliest fitting which again was dealt with very efficiently. Andrew was very chatty and made me feel comfortable and in no way pressured throughout. I am extremely happy with my purchase, made better by the great customer service. Well done Andrew you made it incredibly easy for me to make my purchase at a very stressful time. As I’ve worked in customer service for 20+ years I feel it’s important to highlight brilliant experiences as negativity seems to be the only comments that get noticed and unfortunately the great experiences get missed. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future myself. Thank you carpetright 😊

Visited your store in morcombe and was served by a lady called Vicki! The service we received was second to none. Nowadays customer service seems to be lacking in alot of establishments but Vicki was a breath of fresh air! super helpful, honest and warm and did not pressure us. On receiving this level of service alone we will defo be back to place our order once we get the keys to our new house. 🏠 😀

I had a very positive experience with Carpetright Morecambe. I want to give a special thanks to Vicky, who went above and beyond, to ensure that our carpet was installed the day before we moved in. There was a problem with the carpet that we had originally ordered, which meant that it was not going to be installed until after we moved into the new house. However, Vicky on her day off sorted everything out. She found a new carpet and it was even better than the one we had originally ordered, and was installed the day before we moved in. I would highly recommend CarpetRight Morecambe, for your carpet needs in the future. I certainly will be using them again. And Vicky, thanks again for your excellent customer support!

Vicki spent time talking us through the different options and which would be best for our family home. Vicki was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great service from Lewis at your Lancaster store. Couldn’t have been more helpful on my first visit with advice on carpets, suitable underlays and fitting etc. He arranged for samples to be posted which arrived promptly. Lewis completed the sale on second visit efficiently and with care. I was happy with the original quote but even happier when I came to pay as the carpet had been reduced in a sale 😀! Happy days!! I had an amazing experience in your Morecambe store. A lady called Vicky. She was so professional and knowledgeable when talking about the product. No question was an issue for her, believe me my husband asked a few. Vicky made us feel valued and confident in purchasing our carpets. Received some great help and advice on which flooring would be best for us and what prep, maintenance etc. would be needed to achieve the desired outcome. The man was very helpful, helping us find the colour of flooring we were looking for. There is a good selection of products to browse and get a feel of before buying which greatly helps with choice. The only negative would be that some products and services here are more expensive than those offered on some online stores, but having everything done together by the same people/expertise and not having to buy things separately, find fitters etc. may be a benefit worth paying for. Highly recommend.

Superb service. I have had dealings with Vicki, Darren, Andy and today, Matthew. I have just called the shop to say thank you and how lovely my kitchen and hallway look.
