Sadly avoid this location at all cost! After booking an appointment and traveling for around 45 minutes to view the show homes, and potentially discuss any offers for available plots, we have been treated extremely purely by Redrow sales person. Immediately after viewing the show homes, we have sat down and that person asked us do we have a mortgage in principal, to which we have explained that we do and that we can borrow many times more than what was the retail price of the house. She asked immediately, do you have it with you, to which we replied that we don't since no one told us to bring it with us. And that point she shocked us with sentence, since you don't have it with you we don't have nothing else to discuss! After initial shock, we have asked why we weren't told to bring it with us if it's so important, she replied, she can't predict for what reason we have booked the appointment!? And that we need to specify in our appointment request if we are interested to buy or not!? We don't understand this sort of treatment, especially since not only we have a mortgage in principal but we already have multiple mortgage offers in place for other property with Barratt homes that costs significantly more compared to Redrow homes. Shortly after, we have decided not to even consider the Redrow homes and to continue with the Barratt home simply because their sales representatives have treated us a decent human beings during our appointment, answered all our questions, discussed potential upgrades and gave us multiple offers! Beside that, Redrow sales person constantly tried to convinced us to call some third party company for mortgage advice, even though we were constantly explaining that we already have multiple mortgage offers for more expensive property and that we'll simply port one of those offers to Redrow home. Sadly there is more, while we were leaving, she promised us that someone will call us in 2 days to check did we find our mortgage in principal!? And of course no one called us. We would strongly suggest to anyone who is interested in buying Redrow homes at Worden garden location, to simply avoid them since the treatment you will receive there is absolutely disrespectful and ridiculous.

I booked a viewing last weekend online, when I arrived to view I was told it wasn’t possible as building staff were on site despite having a confirmation call earlier in the week to confirm my viewing. Away from the frustration of not being able to view the property Yvonne who was in the office was beyond apologetic & let us look around the other show homes to get a feel for what Redrow were like. She also gave me lots of helpful information & has stayed in contact since, booking me in for another viewing next week. Hopefully no more hiccups if I do decide to purchase.

This is a lovely modern housing estate with lots of green areas, very open and appealing. You have the feeling of being in the countryside with all the benefits of amenities close by.

Very useful visit. Even though I am not looking to buy in this location and visited to look at a specific show home design that happens to be on this site, the sales staff were still very helpful and enthusiastic.

Don't just turn up, you have to book !

Yvonne was very friendly and extremely helpful, managing to show us a home we were interested even though they were lived in (Thanks to the owners also) Everything was explained really clearly which is useful for first time buyers.

After a number of conversations about the poor build and tradesmen used on a friend's newly built home built by Redrow, i would not recommend the quaulity of the inside of the build is not as it should have for a new build As for electrial wiring, a number of cables were not connected there was no arial in the property cables not labled, and the internet was not connected an outside tradesman had to be brought in at a further expence. All these properties have solar pannels on the rear of the roof. This means if the property is south facing, there is no sun until late afternoon
