Brilliant day with 10 menopausal women and an instructor Gary who was fantastic. Fabulous day out filled with laughter and learning new skills. Thoroughly recommended, if you need smile fuel.

Had an amazing time here. The instructor, Sam, was extremely friendly and helpful and ensured we all had the best time. We will definitely be returning soon!

We did a staff training event here. The facilities, surrounding and hospitality was outstanding. A thoroughly enjoyable and memorable day.

My son went there the teacher said he did some excellent teamwork he said it was fun but the obstacle course was too easy for him overall good he loved it

Brilliant. Booking paddleboarding. Got straight out pretty much with my lad. Forgot to take to go pro haha. Left it in the car. Lovely day, wish I had left the wet suit at home though. It was boiling and the water a nice temperature anyway. Iews lovely, still water. Great place to board. 👌

Lancashire’s mini Lake District. Absolutely Beautiful location. We recently visited the Anderton Centre for our daughters 14th Birthday treat kayaking, leap of faith, climbing trees with our family and what a wonderful experience & day we all had. The staff were very welcoming, encouraging and helpful- thank you for a great day! We would highly recommend visiting the Anderton Centre and we will definitely be coming back for more activities.

Excellent for outdoor pursuits and team building

We did a group session of raft building. But they had more watersports such as sail boats kayaks and paddle boards.

Had an absolutely amazing time here. Staff were 10/10. Definitely can't wait to go back!

Did the SUP day course yesterday (29/10/22) with Sav, what a fantastic day, I can't fault a thing about the day or the staff and can only praise for their patience and knowledge 🙌. Ive never participated in any paddle sports before but, think I'm hooked. I can't wait to have another go and bring family members to join in. *****

A group of 4 attended a pay and play session on a Sunday. The weather was terrible but that didn't dampen our spirits. We went on paddleboards and kayaks and have never laughed so hard. We had an instructor called Ben who had a lot of patience with us and helped us along the way. It's was very reasonably prices, we will be going again!

This is a great place for kids to learn and do outdoor activities. We send them several times during school holidays and they always give it rave reviews. From orienteering, paddle boarding, canoeing and loads more they always end up doing something new. Would definitely use again and recommend it to others.

Had an such an incredible day. The instructors were so helpful, relaxed, funny and really added to the experience of the whole day.

Our session had been booked and paid for three weeks in advance, when we arrived we were informed that it had bern cancelled due to two birthday parties that were taking place. The staff were rude and unapologetic. This was to be a birthday treat for my husband, we will definitely not going back and recommending to friends and family not bother with this place either. The above review has only just received a response (11 November) from the Anderton Centre, claiming that our session was cancelled due to high winds & bad weather, sorry my lovelies you have got your information wrong! As stated in the above review our session was cancelled due to 2 birthday parties turning, not weather conditions. Terrible service and cannot even owe up to it.

Was here today with students from a local college. They have great activities for kids and young adults such as archery, canoeing, water boarding, climbing and other team building activities. Run by helpful and knowledgeable staff.
