Friendly, efficient staff who provided the exact service I'd booked online and at the exact time too (a rarity these days). All that at the most competitive price means you can't ask for anything more. I'd definitely recommend this Leyland branch specifically.

2 front tyres fitted today. Although they were busy and waited half an hour before they could start the job (why 4* not 5), they gave great customer service. Took pride in the job and ensured alloy wheels did not get damaged as has happened at other garages before. Will be returning when I need work doing again.

Over last few weeks the team at ATS have gone over and above to help sort my car following less than great work at an other local garage. I will be back for MOT in August thank you so much .

I recently visited to have two new rear tyres fitted. While the service itself was quick and tyres fitted correctly, I was disappointed when the staff refused to rotate the tyres, citing issues with the TMPS. Despite explaining that manufacturer advises wheel rotation and that the system automatically recognizes each corner, they insisted that when tyres are rotated they should be taken off each wheel then rotated, this is ridiculous and seemed like excuses for laziness. I've never encountered a garage that refused to rotate tyres during a tyre replacement. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Extremely happy with Jason's workmanship from start to finish. I have lost Trust Within people's quality of work standards, their handling ,appreciating as well as respecting other people's property. Mishandling their pride and joy they may worked hard for. I was allowed to view the full process from assessment from where my tyre was losing air. Observing very much every step off the tyre valve replacement. My still pristine alloy was still pristine after the job was completed. In addition this was done towards the end of shift and Jason was still smiling. Clearly happy in what he's doing and a good management to work for so it would appear. Many thanks I'll call again as my trust has been to a degree reestablished which was ruined by National tyres in Leyland at the time prior covid. Jason keep up the good work and attitude.People will appreciate this type of work.Your Fellow colleague equally treated to my observation vehicles to high standards. Apprentice hopefully will learn and have a more positive attitude to what he is there to learn for. Un nerving swinging a torque wrench around near a car..when asked what if you damage the car as to negligence..i got an immature response.Hopefully that young man you know who you are!!! will read this and he will learn how to represent his employer well. You are a good role model Jason and team. Cocky attitude does not work well for many peeps apprentice, it will land you complaints and trouble and a bad reputation.

I arrived today with a slow puncture . I had already been turned away from two different garages . The staff at ATS were amazing . Professional kind help full and sorted it for the most amazing price . Am really impressed and great full ! Thank you

It took two visits to fix a slow pincture. On the first visit the garage replaced the valve, I took the wheel home and refit it to the car only for it to go back down within a couple of days. Removed the wheel again and took it back to the garage this time they found the puncture and fixed it. In total the two visits cost me £55

So helpful, checked and repaired a tyre for me even though they were inundated with jobs. Really nice guys, thankyou.

Very helpful staff. I booked 4 new tyres online and they were fitted efficiently. The staff helped other walk in customers with problems like slow punctures etc.

I drive a company vehicle and we have an account with ATS. My van had a puncture, really struggled to get it sorted anywhere, Local ATS or otherwise. Everywhere was busy for days. Tried this branch, tyre in stock, call in later! Bit of a trip, but new tyre was fitted while I waited and I was back out at work after the quick pit-stop.

I had a blade in one of tyres, managed to reach ATS Leyland. Brilliant service. I recognised Barry who used to work at ATS Acccrington who fit me in despite how busy they were. He was great at Accrington and he is great at Leyland, as are all the other ATS staff.

First time using ATS at Leyland, but it won't be the last, Ian and all the staff gave great service, explained the fault with tyre size my previously used garage had said was ok. They also offered excellent advice,and clearly explained everything they did, they were happy to answer my many questions. I also observed they courteous, professional way they dealt with other customers. I would. highly recommend

First class attention, advice and diagnosis from Jason and Paige during my first visit on Tuesday. I returned on Thursday for an appointment to get a new tyre fitted that I had ordered on line. Greeted by the Centre Manager and the tyre was fitted by Paige. Great to see ATS Leyland employing a female fitter, I'd have to say great service all around. Thanks all

Cannot thank Paige enough for her work today. 1st time I’ve not had to buy a new tyre but actually had the puncture repaired. She even wished me good luck with my hospital appointment yesterday when I had to change my appointment for tyre. The other staff were also great, filing my tyre until I could get it checked 👍

Professional, friendly and efficient. I had my air conditioning serviced there and it was a painless experience. After the service was completed, the car was blowing out ice cold air again. Whilst waiting, they checked my tyres are recommended that I change the front tyres soon as they had started cracking (which I knew about), but at no time did they try pressurising or cajoling me. Would happily recommend.

Had my car Air con refilled today great service and car is now a mobile fridge :). The staff are working hard and are very professional. Gave me a great price on 2 new tyres to replace old front tyres that were close to legal limit. Highly recommended...

Took a car from our forecourt for an aircon recharge. unfortunately there was a fault on the car and no charge was made. Wait time from booking was a bit long. We had dropped off the car and the operative who had worked on the car had gone to lunch, so had to wait for him to return, otherwise excellent service. Will use them again.

Superb service from the guys at ATS Leyland. We were getting 4 new tyres fitted whilst waiting. They were extremely quick and had multiple guys working together to get the job done quickly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service as always by ATS Leyland. The only issue was I didn't get a print out of the Air Conditioning contents that had been put in the car and other details which I usually get. I was advised by a lad after the print out wasn't working which is frustrating as I don't have anything for my cars records. Apart from that 5 ✨ stars

Great friendly staff i managed to brake the seal on my tyre didn't know if it was seal or the tyre at first the guy had quick look soon as i turned up and had a look see if he could 're seal in why on the car. tryed the quick fix and Lord and behold it worked high pressure and some soup to see if the tyre had popped on and done could of taken the tyre of charged me what ever but no could be nicer and friendlier this was on the 25/10/21 at around 16.50 top guy people always write bad reviews but never hear of the kind and nice one so her is one :) many thanks ste

Punctual professional good customer facing service explained the details of the service I was opting in to timescales for the work were given and adhered to. Fantastic job prices were good appointment times were flexible and little pressure.

Great service when I brought my car in for some new avon tyres, I was told somewhere else that I needed all 4 tyres doing however the young guy told me I only needed 2, definitely saved me and my bank balance 🤣 I also manged to use my hero club card, definitely worth it 👌 I was served by a young guy and a young girl, who were working on a Monday, didnt catch your names but thanks so much! You guys did a great job. 👍

Highly recommend ATS Leyland. In particular how welcoming and helpful both Jason and Paige was. Nothing was too much for them and kept me informed every step of the way. Both really pleasant affable people who are a credit to ATS and in my opinion deserve recognition for their commitment to the company.
