What a hidden gem. We needed a blood test and phoned up greeted by a lovely man gave us all the information and has the appointment the same day. Arrived for appointment seen quickly the phlebotomist was delightful he was kind and put my daughter at ease. The room was clean and tidy. Would happily go back again.

This place has loads of Reviews and is a 5 star rated place which after going I could see why! Very clean, staff are very polite and the treatment I chose was done with no issue and I had my results within 24 hours. Booking with them was so easy and they literally have people that will reply to you super fast answering all my questions. I rarely write reviews but this place deserved it I think as you can see they don't take their customers for granted and genuinely try to provide a good service.

I did a fit to fly test before leaving the UK there. I booked the appointment online and they got back to my via email. They were very prompt & helpful. I did it in the morning and received the results by night. The staff Lucy was there to assist me, she was really friendly & helpful along with the Doctor’s that took my swab. Great team and customer service. Adnan and Callum was very helpful on responding at my emails, and they was able to get me an appointment on the last minute for blood test. I have a really positive experience here. From my initial enquiry I was contact very shortly after to discuss my needs and booked in the same week. I’m arrival I was greeted at reception by two friendly staff and on having my treatment, the medical person responsible was very informative and friendly. This was my first time having any private medical care and it was entirely positive.

Absolutely fantastic service offered by Callum and all that work here. We were badly let down by another "clinic" that I won't mention on here. And these guys came to the rescue, not only managing to fit us in at short notice,but also offering peace of mind with the service they offered. Would 100% recommend them.

I had a consultation with Dr. Gaj Swamy who was great! He clearly explained his diagnosis and made sure to answer any questions I had. The prescription and suggested diet changes resolved issues I’ve had for years. All in all, the clinic is affordable and great!

I had a thyroid/neck scan at the clinic The clinic was recommended to my by a friend who is a GP trainee and we worked together, she told me the staff is very good and very friendly but I had my reservation , but From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt very, very welcomed, I have been meet with a smile and very welcoming atmosphere by the guys that were in reception area. I didn’t wait and I went straight into the scan room, while I was having the scan the sonographer was very helpful and friendly. When I went to see the GP to read the report of my scan, also he was very friendly and very reassuring. The price is a fair price and I would even say a very good price compared to other places. I would definitely use the clinic and recommend it to others also and maybe even look for a job there 🤭 Good job guys!

I was unable to get an appointment at my local GP, I dread calling them, because the receptionists are rude, they think they own the surgery , was on call wait for 1 hour, was told no appointments for the day, I gave up after 1 hour. I called up medic clinic answered straight away, in a polite and courteous manner, was given an appointment same day and seen by the doctor who listened, examined and advised and prescribed very quick and easy IF ONLY THE NHS WAS LIKE THIS.

I have no hesitation in recommending the GP and Physiotherapy services at The Medic Clinic to anyone, especially those of you who need help or answers quickly. I was unable to see my NHS GP so this was a great service to be able to access and the cost was less than I had expected.

Took a Fit to Fly test today. The staff were really pleasant and professional. Swab was gentle. Easy booking process, easy to change times and bookings if necessary. Results came through around 10 pm for urgent pcr. Very happy with the service. Good to know that they do private gp appointments and blood tests too.

We needed fit to fly tests - the clinic Was recommended to us by a colleague. We required a 96 hour PCR test. The rules were changed and we needed a 48 hour result. They changed the appointment promptly and at a suitable time. Great service - friendly staff and more importantly the result we needed. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

I had an amazing experience at Medic Clinic. I booked for a fit to fly Antigen test, my appointment (2:45pm) was over in just a few minutes and my result and signed letter in my inbox less than 15 minutes later by 3pm. The staff were INCREDIBLY helpful - I emailed a few times in advance with some questions to which they responded very promptly (even to my emails sent at 9pm I received a response within an hour). All the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and it was overall an amazingly efficient experience. I was worried I would not be able to find somewhere to get a test booked in but this was everything I needed and more. I’d really recommend this clinic. Thank you again!

I did my day 2 PCR test in the clinic after my business trip. The process of booking the test was very simple. The doctor who took the sample was very gentle and quick. Results came back in the same day so super happy about the fast turnaround. The team working there are great and helping you with all the questions you have. Recommending the Medic clinic for anybody who needs testing and they do offer many other services which i will be looking to use in future.

My sister and I came for Vitamin Infusions/shots. Dr Khan was very informative and went into detail with all the options available and which best he thought would suit us. Dr Khan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Medic Clinic is clean, sterile environment and we were made to feel very comfortable.

I recently had a minor procedure with Dr Lane at the Medic Clinic to remove a keloid. It was an amazing process, starting with a consultation and then the procedure straight after. I then had two doctors to remove my stitches who were also lovely! It was such an easy process and the healing is amazing - I would definitely recommend. .

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! There is a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere and staff are not only extremely professional but also immensely empathetic and understanding. I have chosen to come back to this clinic on more than one occasion and plan to in future, as the service cannot be faulted.

I’ve been at the clinic a number of times over the past couple of years and my opinion has only gotten better with each visit. Dr Khan is like a breath of fresh air for me, he listens, he bounces ideas and suggestions , he knows my history, I never feel rushed or spoken down to, and most importantly he has the compassion that we all crave these days, he’s a real credit to his profession and I wish we had more gps like him. Callum is a favourite of mines too again he’s such a joy to see when I go for my blood testing, .Im not the easiest of patients he knows I don’t like needles but is very kind and reassuring. I have every confidence consulting about issues that are not easy for me but are taken very seriously by them. I have no hesitation saying whatever you feel isn’t right go see them.they are a great friendly bunch and true professionals. Well done guys.

I recently went to The Medic Clinic to have some lesions removed. I saw Dr lane. All I can say is the whole process was amazing, I got my appointment quickly and the clinic itself is clean! Dr lane made me feel very calm and he has so much knowledge in what he does that I never doubted him. I’m so pleased with my results and will definitely recommend and return to the clinic in the near future. All doctors and staff were incredible and pricing was never a question. He made me feel so calm and his reassuring nature made the whole procedure seamless. His after care advise was great, he has so much knowledge within his field. I had a great experience at the clinic for my copper coil insertion. It's not the most pleasant procedure BUT they made it as painless and relaxing as possible. I was in great hands and very well looked after. It's a beautiful Clinic and would definitely look into visiting for facials and self care procedures 😊.

The medic clinic’s staff is extremely courteous and professional. They make you feel at ease from the moment you step in. Dr Swamy is an excellent GP and a very friendly person. He actually takes time to listen to your concerns and treat you as a human being ( such attitude from a GP or a medical professional is unfortunately lacking in a lot of other clinics and NHS hospitals). If you are under the weather or have any medical concerns/ conditions that you need someone to talk to, I highly recommend this clinic.

Myself and my wife have visited The Medic Clinic numerous times for various reasons in the past year. Every visit we have felt welcomed and well taken care of. Of course there is a price to pay for private treatment, which in my opinion is worth the money compared to the long waits and lack of quality you get with the NHS. Every appointment I've made here has been within a couple of days if not the same day wait time. Can't recommend this clinic enough.

Visited clinic to discuss blood tests results following concerns regarding my health following a bout of Covid19. The doctor was very understanding and took time to discuss the results and my concerns. Fortunately there were no significant problems and the meeting was reassuring and helpful and a treatment plan was agreed. Would recommend anyone who feels the need to see. GP. Fees are very reasonable too!

This is a fantastic service. Practice is run by professional friendly staff who greet you with a smile and put you at ease Immediately. I had a same day appointment and 1 week later an Ultrasound. It’s a great shame to say that given the present state of the NHS I would have been waiting many months for the same test. For the service you receive and the peace of mind it gives you the cost is very reasonable. Thank you to the Doctors and Staff of the clinic for your Professionalism and first class Patient service.

Having and issue and being told by my GP practice that next available appointment is 4 weeks away, I decided to call the Medic Clinic. They booked GP for next day, I got a diagnose, prescription, after a week the issue is almost gone, so they did help. They also charged me in a way that was beneficial to me, not trying to inflate the bill, as I booked a bit more than was actually needed, so they are really honest. Highly recommended.

Best Clinic in town and great costumer service. Reliable, professional and efficient. I had my PCR test on Christmas day, result arrived after few hours. At 23.30pm I realised I made a mistake giving my surname and I sent them an email. Guess what? They have replied to my email few minutes later rectifying the mistake at 23.30pm on Christmas day! This is definitely an excellent service! 5 stars to them!

A little Gem on the highstreet. The clinic is so far removed from the typical clinical environment appearance wise that it makes for a more welcoming space in my opinion. The staff were warm, welcoming and professional from the get go making my visit extremely pleasant. I highly recommend paying them a visit purely for the convenience and the teams efficiency. They offer a variety of health and well-being services with a no frills, fuss free approach.

I saw Ryan the physiotherapist regarding ongoing pain in my neck. He did a full assessment of my issues and pain & discussed with me how I sit and what job I do. After one session I no longer felt any type of pain in my neck. The results were immediate and I would highly recommend anyone suffering with pain in their neck or back, or any other area to visit Ryan. Excellent and professional service all round.

I had an appointment with Dr. Lane to have 3 moles and a skintag removed. He was very professional and friendly throughout the consultation and the procedure, always explaining what he was doing and checking upon me (I am not very good with needles and blood). My stiches have now been taken out and I have 3 small good-looking scars instead of my moles.
