I came today to see Donna to get my ear micro suctioned and it was a lovely experience. She made me feel comfortable straight away and was very informative about the whole process. I originally booked to get one ear done which has been blocked for over 2 months and she was able to remove all the wax and also checked my other ear that had wax so successfully cleared both ears! My dad mentioned his ears were blocked too and she was kind enough to fit him in too! The overall service was excellent and I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

After getting a very painful ear infection and being told by doctor my ear was impacted with wax I called the Nurse Clinic and left a message. Donna called back straight away and put me at ease just from the first telephone call. She has a lovely manner and when I attended the surgery was made to feel very welcome and the treatment was successful and a huge relief to be able to hear properly again. Donna explained the different treatments and used 2 different techniques to get rid of the wax. One very satisfied customer and I would not hesitate to recommend her or use her again.

It’s nice to find someone who is both accessible and professional. Car parking is easy and free immediately outside the consulting room. Well worth the cost of a private consultation. Donna has a wealth of experience as-well as being very approachable. I am more than happy to recommend her.

I had very blocked ears due to wax build up and couldn’t hear properly, she completely cleared them using the suction machine which was so quick and pain free and my hearing is better than ever!! I met Donna at her practise today at The Nurse Clinic. I was really pleased she was able to see me the next day....On a Sunday!! Donna was very welcoming and friendly. I felt very relaxed. She explained exactly how the procedure would work to remove ear wax. I was having the suction method. It wasn't uncomfortable at all. I even got to see inside my ear on a small screen, via a small camera which was great. I would totally recommend using Donna, if you need to have your earwax removal.

I had the hayfever injection as a last resort of treatment I wasn’t too sure it would help but wow it has helped me so much I went from having really bad symptoms to basically none. I can’t believe I hadn’t had it earlier. Donna was very nice and professional thank you so much see you next year for sure 👍

I visited Donna between Christmas and New Year due to experiencing a lot of pain on a flight I took in December. After removing a build up of wax very efficiently with the suction machine (I had previously only experienced irrigation machines at the GP surgery), the flight I took in January was much more comfortable. Donna is friendly and knowledgeable and I have recommended others to use her since my visit.

We took our 3-year old son to The Nurse Clinic to get his ears cleaned out after a previously unsuccessful and traumatic experience at our local hospital. Our whole experience at The Nurse Clinic was great, from the moment we walked into Reception when Alison put us at our ease, right through our appointment with Donna. She was so kind, reassuring and encouraging for our son. Understandably he wasn't keen on the idea of having his ears cleaned out, but Donna was so good with him. With a bit of coaxing, he let her try irrigating his ears. She was gentle, quick and efficient, always talking to our son and putting him at his ease, and before he knew it, the job was done! We were so pleased we chose The Nurse Clinic. It was a personal service, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you!

Arrived to a friendly receptionist, filled out a little form with my details and a few minutes later Donna called me in. Explained that only one ear was blocked but checked my right ear and that wasn’t much better to my amazement. 20 mins later both fixed and excellent hearing, I really was shocked how much better my hearing is now. Donna is very professional and easy going, highly recommend the nurse clinic. Also fitted me in at short notice which is rare these days. Also a nice countryside setting. All good happy days.

I had my implant taken out today as didn’t want to go NHS due to waiting times. The nurse was absolutely amazing. She talked to me as I was really anxious and it helped the process go much smoother. I get incredibly weak with medical procedures but the team were all so lovely and helped calm me down. I would definitely visit again if I needed assistance with anything.

My 6 years old daughter had removed a wax plug and The Nurse Clinic. She was in great pain for the last 48 hours. Friday I phoned in and the following day the clinic was able to give us an appointment. Everything went brilliantly well. In less then 5 minutes she came out. I am so happy I found this clinic. Donna was absolutely lovely, and makes you feel welcome. Doesn’t rush anything, and talks to you like she knows you, to make you feel at ease! If you’re thinking of having the hayfever injection here, then just go for it! My main Symptoms completely gone after 2/3 days. Couldn’t have a nicer nurse to do it, and it doesn’t hurt one bit!

I had been to my doctor not being able to hear in one of my ears, which she said was completely blocked, and needed syringing, which the NHS do not do anymore, but was told that Specsavers would be able to help, they were fully booked until September but recommended the “ Nurses Clinic “ who I contacted straight away, I was able to book an appointment online for Tuesday of this week. I received a very warm welcome by the receptionist on arrival, and promptly called in by Donna who made me feel very relaxed and carried out the procedure on both ears, my hearing was restored immediately. When our grandson complained that he could not hear properly we looked everywhere for a practice to be able to treat him and found Donna based at Rushy Ford on arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was friendly , and Donna (nurse) was exceptional who made our grandson feel at ease. During the consultation Donna did not rush me, but listened to what I had to say attentively and took it from there and with the prescription the issue was resolved.

Well, what a find! I really hate blocked ears, they make me miserable. The Nurse Clinic was bright, fresh and spotlessly clean. Donna was welcoming, provided all the information I asked for and she was careful to make sure I was comfortable, which I certainly was. In no time at all, I floated back out, troublesome ears all sorted. I'll be back!

Donna is a lifesaver. I had a blocked ear which got infected. She diagnosed this and prescribed me for medicine and once it all cleared up after a few day's Donna cleaned my ear out for free. Definitely the best service and treat she went out of her way and the extra mile. 5 stars 🌟 all the way.

I was aware that both of my ears needed to have the ear wax removed, but with the NHS having not provided the service for some time now, I wasn't at all sure about "going private". Finally came across The Nurse Clinic, which was very local for us (my wife also had the same ear trouble), so we booked ourselves in. Any concerns we maybe had about the nature of the treatment were gone very quickly thanks to Donna's kind & friendly welcome. Donna was very friendly and put me at ease. I had both ears blocked with wax and she talked through the options. She then talked me through the procedures as she carried them out. I left being able to hear again and would thoroughly recommend the clinic. I will return when necessary

I booked an appointment on a Tuesday evening and was seen the following morning. Everyone was kind, caring and listened. I rarely have needed a doctor, but this was the best experience that I've had when it comes to being unwell. I would recommend The Nurse Clinic to my friends and family. Just check the website first to see if your symptoms are something that Donna can't assist with.

Really good experience of visiting the nurse clinic in Bedford. Donna was lovely, really knowledgeable and was very careful but throughly focused on the wound check during my appointment. This is a wonderful clinic and I will be returning for further consultation and treatment in the future.

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago for the Kenalog injection for hay fever. What a great experience! Lovely to see a medical practitioner who actually has the time to speak to you and understand your problem, Donna is really lovely and puts you at ease straight away. She has many years of experience in the treatments she offers and in my case . . . my hay fever symptoms started to ease only a couple of days after the injection and by day 4 they had disappeared completely, leaving me able to enjoy the Spring for the first time in 20 years. Went to the Nurse Clinic for my hayfever injection. Great experience, easy to find, lovely and clean and the injection started having an effect within 24 hrs, 3 days later and I'm having no hayfever symptoms at all. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you
