Have had to contact these guys for various reasons, all staff on hand are very knowledgeable in what they are doing, if any queries or issues, they are very quick to respond and helpful. I have had a few issues with what I've ordered being wrong, they have been nothing but helpful with changes and making sure I'm ordering what I need. Every staff member has been very polite an easy to work with! Great up an coming business! These are the guys to go to!! 10/10 for customer service!! Great work guys! What a team!!

Absolutely Superb Customer Service. The customer service offered by the team at the Greenhouse Effect (GHE Direct) is absolutely first class. After the initial disappointment of receiving incorrect products from GHE Direct (I received 1 litre products instead of 5 litre which I had ordered across two different plant feeds), I was initially concerned that I faced a torturous task of trying to get the correct products delivered and the incorrect products collected. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Within a few hours of sending the team an explanatory email, I received an apologetic response informing me that the issue had been identified by the team and would be rectified immediately with a courier delivery of the correct products the following day. That is exactly what happened and was also accompanied by a courtesy phone call to check the correct products had arrived. As an aside, the range of products offered by GHE direct is excellent and I would have absolutely no hesitation in ordering products from them again.

As a regular customer to the greenhouse effect I have nothing but praise for the gaff, I recently bought a full hydro system that they didn't stock but as usual they were able to accommodate me and it was ready for collection the very next day and they gave me 10% off as I used a credit card, which made it cheaper than buying it direct from the manufacturer, explain that... The shop is stocked with just about every thing you would need, the staff are some of the most experienced in the game and always have plenty of time to educate you about the products. Not to mention they have systems set up in store for you to see working, which for the beginner is a God send. Oh and if something goes wrong with the purchase take it straight back, no problem. I've shopped around before but just keep coming back to the greenhouse effect even though it's a good drive from mine, I can't fault them. Myk...

First time ordering through the website as I start to build my first IKEA greenhouse cabinet to grow my aroids. I ordered a Sunblaster T5 grow light at 2:40pm, and it arrived the next day!
