yesterday,
to
be
greeted
by
two
of
the
rudest
retail
staff,
I
have
ever
encountered
in
my
life.
Firstly
an
elderly
lady,
who
was
tidying
shelves,
I
asked
her
a
question,
and
she
ignored
me
completely,
thinking
she
may
be
hard
of
hearing,
I
asked
her
again,
for
help
locating
a
nicer
quality
pen
set
(louder
this
time)
she
just
looked
at
me,
then
said
everything
we
have
is
out!
The
selection
was
very
poor,
but
it
was
quite
late,
and
the
day
before
Christmas
Eve,so
I
blamed
myself
for
leaving
it
so
late
in
the
day,
and
chose
instead
4
personalised
Christmas
Cards.
I
went
to
the
till,
where
there
were
no
other
customers,
and
waited
patiently
for
the
young
man
behind
the
counter
to
finish
whatever
job
he
was
doing
(I
couldn't
quite
figure
out
what
he
was
doing)
eventually
after
tiring
of
waiting,
I
coughed
to
let
him
know
I
was
there,
he
never
spoke,
but
just
tilled
my
purchases
in,
rudely
told
me
the
total
was
£17.50,
took
the
£20
note
from
me,
without
a
please
or
thank
you,
then
handed
my
change
back
to
me,
leaving
my
purchases
on
the
counter.
I
picked
the
4
Christmas
Cards
up,
and
asked
if
he
had
a
bag
for
them,
you
would
have
thought
I
had
asked
for
the
world!
He
grabbed
a
small
bundle
of
bags,
separated
one
and
almost
threw
it
at
me,
saying
"we
only
have
these
small
ones"
making
no
attempt
to
help
or
put
the
cards
in.
I
left
the
store
struggling
to
put
the
cards
in
the
bag,
with
still
no
acknowledgement
from
either
member
of
staff.
EXTREMELY
POOR
CUSTOMER
SERVICE!
