This company was really great to work with. When you are having things shipped from another country it can be a little scary. This company was very good at communicating with me each step of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful over the phone. I had absolutely no issues and everything was made very easy for me to have my items shipped through them. Amazing service! Was stranded in a hotel in Malta due to covid. Was sent and express care package consisting of home cooked food and other essentials by my family from Bradford. What a rip off. The printer didn't even work properly and on top of that he charged me £3.00 for 14 prints. On top of the the printed the wrong files. I was fumming when I got home. I would never go there again. Bad customer service .

The packaging of the item was first-class. Highly recommended for that. There was a delay on the pick up from the auction house but no explanation was offered. I had to chase up twice. Later I was told there was a family covid situation. Can't blame anyone for that but the lack of communication should be corrected, in my opinion. Other than that, a very good experience.
