THEY HAVE SOLD ME EXPIRED FEED, NOW NOT WILLING TO OFFER A REFUND. I CAN'T FEED MY ANIMALS FOOD WHICH IS OUT OF DATE. THE STAFF REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND WANTS ME TO HOLD ONTO THE EXPIRED FOOD EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE COMPANY WHOM SENT ME THE OUT OF DATE FOOD. I WENT FROM MANCHESTER TO YORKSHIRE AND THERE IS NO WAY ILL BE GOING BACK,

Went in today to buy a muzzle for Merlin. Lisa was so friendly, knowledgeable informative and helpful. She invited Merlin in for fitting and having a Lurcher herself shared her experiences with her pooch, as I have only had my boy for 3 months and being a rescue dog, having a few 'issues'. This woman knows her stuff, and being a horseywoman roo, is my sort of gal.

I called in here looking for packets of rat poison which they had in stock at reasonable price. The store is well stocked for pets & mainly horse/pony paraphernalia. Well worth a visit 👍

The best place in our local area for dog food. My dog needs a hypoallergenic diet and Burnhills helped me match a food suitable for my girl. They checked through information regarding ingredients and really go that extra mile to help. On one occasion when I had run out of puppy food direct from another supplier, I went to Burnhills who didnt stock that food but found me the closest thing without upsetting my puppies stomach. They also have a great selection of horse products, my best friend has her own horse and uses these guys lots. Raw treat selection also great. When my dog needed a coat, they took the time to measure her and found her a suitable choice. Thank you!

Lovely staff, always have what I need, what more can I say, I only go for dog food and associated paraphernalia, but they seem to have a large selection of equestrian supplies too.

Came to buy a replacement bridle for my ID as mine sadly burnt in a fire. The staff were friendly and helpful. Had a good selection of tack, will definitely be coming back, when I've thought of what else I need to get 😅

We now get our dog's food from here, much better value than our previous supplier and just as good for him.Always friendly staff and they also have a reward scheme for regular customers.

Regularly shop here for our dog's food which we buy in 20-25kg bags which works out very cost effective per portion. Friendly staff and they offer a loyalty points scheme which you can redeem for cash off a purchase. Good range of other pet consumables and toys for cats, rabbits and small holding animals (chickens etc). Main focus of the store is horse stuff including a small range of clothing which is worth a browse for their outdoors clobber (gloves and coats etc) even if you're not a horse owner. Will keep coming back - worth a visit for any pet or horse owner.
