This is a great SCHUH store. Helpful staff, nice store with plenty of choice. I always choose this store when I need new trainers or pumps.

Not a great service, rude and arrogant, manager of the bradford branch in broadway bradford has such an attitude . I will not be shopping there again ever .

Got some school shoes for my brother today, it was busy but I got the size I needed, I spoke to this woman who helped me get what I needed but didn’t get name. She was short and wore white crocs I think.

We went in on 16th Aug there were 2 staff chatting , eventually a male member of staff came to help us and went of in the back to get the trainers we asked for , he came out empty handed and left the store , after approx 10 minutes a female member of staff came out with said footwear and apologised for the male member of staff,s behaviour , this also happened to a customer in front of us and the shop wasn,t busy either , i think i,m being generous at 2 stars

Don't often leave reviews but wanted to share this one. I was served today by a young man called callum so my receipt says. His service, knowledge and genuine interest was amazing. Personally I've always had good service in this store but he really stands out. It would be lovely to see more sales advisors like him. Well done for callum ☺️

They had some great deals on when i went to the store a few days ago! They also offer student discount which is very helpful. Great customer service as well from Ashna who helped us out with our footwear👏👍

Last few years I've took my daughters here for there shoes and they loved it getting there feet measured and choosing there own lelly Kelly's for school this year was appalling the lady who dealt with us wasn't happy at all didn't measure there feet or even ask too she couldn't wait to get us out of the shop ber face and body actions said it all she wasn't happy with her job and we all felt miserable overall the experience has put us off last mine I'll spend my money there

Absolutely amazing staff. Exactly a lady called maisie. She went above and beyond to try get my daughters return shoes sorted. Was so patient. Even rung customer service to find my account. Absolutely legend 🙌
