    Very bad customer service. We placed an order. After they changed twice delivery date, whenever you need to ring in store it goes to their main call centre then then they try to get hold of local store. Wasting time. Bradford store customer service is very bad. I paid full amountto get sofas delivered on time. But they didn't forward the payment then head office rang us that we didn't pay on time to get it delivered on time. Store manager rang me and said no one came in store to pay but he didn't confirm with his workers. Then we proof that we been in store to pay. Even guy who served us clearly admitted that if was his fault. I will never buy anything again from scs. Totally rip off. Very bad customer service. Not professional. Never emailed us when they will deliver. Given us very short notice.

    Very bad customer service in Bradford store. Totally rip off. Rubbish quality sofas. It was not any were near what they show us in store and what they delivered. Also on the phone scs customer service is really poor. You can't contact your local store on the phone. Call goes to there main store. Really annoying. Don't ever pay deposit on first day. That what my wife did and they said its non refundable. Rip off

    Absolutely amazing service and no pushy sales techniques at all, both Susan and shak were really helpful and allowed us to make our own decision in our own time. Left feeling really good about our purchase and felt we were well informed about the addition products that come with the sofa. Will definitely return in the future.

    ScS Sofas Just tried to buy a new 3 & 2 Seater sofa in your Bradford branch. After a conversation with the Store Manager Shakil, we agreed the following... 1. Two settees £1988 would be discounted by £300 (£1688) 2. This would be on interest free credit over x years (tbc) after getting all the information discussed with us 3. We all seemed happy about the deal and we were left to discuss between us Then the assistant came up moments later with the paperwork (Tablet) 4. Over £350 worth extras were added on (insurance warranty etc.) 5. I asked them to be removed- Assistant went back down (Looking all flustered and a bit angry) to speak to Shakil (store manager) to come and see us to re-discuss the discounted deal 6. Shakil trys to re-sell the £350, 5 year insurance/warranty and leather spray - We refuse again and ask him to remove 7. After refusing the insurance, Shakil can no longer offer interest free credit over a number of years - Shakil can only offer a 1 year buy now pay later deal! Which we politely refuse. 8. Shakil now decides that he is going refuse the £300 discount because we did not buy his hard sell £350 insurance cover and spray 9. We stand up and leave the shop - Shakil calls us back and says he can still do a deal at the normal price (No agreed discount) 10. WOW!!! Is all I can say. If you are going to negotiate a sales agreement ensure you stick to it!!!! I would advise never to negotiate a price in this store - Shakil sales tactics are very misleading!!!! Seems the £300 discount was only priced in if we took the £350 insurance cover - Jokers... Goodbye SCS!

    Putting 2 stars for now. Haven't received my sofa yet reading reviews else where is making me very hesitant for when it does arrive. All staff were good in shop I can agree with other reviews on here that you don't get discount when they apply all insurance, cover, sofa care etc. Was told 20.05 then 23 05 now to find it's changed to 06.06 which I am livid about as a single parent using holidays to sort the room out where the sofa is going for it to all be shambles. Also was charged a delivery fee which is absolute nonsense when its changed so much & with the amount I have paid. When I get my sofa delivered I will update my review. I've emailed twice and received NO response !!

    What an awful company to deal with. Susan a member of staff in the Bradford store was fantastic. Her manager needs more training on how to speak to his customers. I ha e put in a complaint. My furniture was 2 months late in arriving. I was told that I can have £150 compensation for which I have had to fight for. Never would I use this company again for anything.

    Don't buy through this company. Our sofa is almost 5 weeks late and still counting. We keep getting texts every week or so moving the date back another week. From what I've gathered it looks like SCS are still giving 3 months lead time for deliveries when in fact its at least 4-5 months. I know this because I know other who have ordered through SCS and are in the same situation as I am. They are delivering more sofas late than they are on time.

    Came into scs very unsure what to get and was instantly helped by miss katarzyna wonderful service absolutely comforting and helped me find the perfect sofa in my price range 10/10 cannot recommend enough

    Just been into look for a new sofa and was greeted by a really friendly sales lady called Susan absolutely fabulous customer service spent hours with us making sure we got the correct sofa for our needs explained everything about it in detail and the aftercare package, had a great experience fabulous personality thankyou Susan

    I went to Scs store in Bradford and met with Susan her customer service was excellent, she was very helpful when trying to find just what I needed and was overall the best. Highly do recommend visiting Scs for your sofas and flooring.

    Excellent service in store. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Store manager arranged delivery as we needed the sofa bed delivering as soon as possible. Ziggy and Christian delivered the sofa and were fantastic. Cannot recommend them enough. They worked incredibly hard and really went the extra mile. Thank you

    The moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome atmosphere from a new Sales Representative, his meet and greet was very infectious which led us to buy a sofa and a carpet. Amazing service, he was very professional and polite. Thank you Scs

    Dreadfull experience from start to finish. Started with a friendly member of staff but before long the hard sell vultures moved in. Tried to cancel within the 14 day period only to be told there would be a £500 restocking fee! We were promised a full weeks notice before delivery, we were given just 12 hours notice, when we rejected the date we were given just 12 hours notice a second time. Most of the delivery details were taken down wrong at the time so yet again delivery delayed. The suite differs from the model in the shop by a few details but is still different. I can only advise not to use this total incompitant cowboy company, shop elsewhere.

    I went to look for a new sofa back in Feb 22, I was looking for crush velvet as I know its good material of you have cats the sales guy talked me into getting a new fabric that was scratch proof, I chose my sofa and it took 3 months to arrive. When the sofas arrived we wasn't notified until it was getting delivered the next day I had to cancel this twice as noone was going to be in ?? When it finally arrived it was set up delivery guys said the slide feet cost £5 on amazon I paid 100 for them ?? And the material wasn't what I was told it would be my cats have marked it already ??£2000 down the drain? I'm very disappointed with the service I received. And now to top it off the agreement is wrong total farce from start to finish would not recommend this company

    We came in to the Bradford branch to order our new sofa and couldn't fault Jamie for all the help he gave us. Even after placing our order we then decided we needed to amend the sizing twice and he jumped straight on and did the changes for us both times no questions asked. He went out of his way to make sure we was happy with our purchase. The other members of staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely experience choosing our new sofas. We ended up getting something totally different to what we had in mind but couldn't be more excited for delivery day! Would defo recommend a visit to anyone fancying some new couches! :)

    If you're after a fantastic service and a honest man please ask for the CARPET SPECIALIST I have just had mine done and everything was explained very transperant and clear....we had spent 5k on sofas and carpets. Really pleased with the purchase now time to enjoy my cosy home!!!

    They have a wide selection of sofas and carpets. Sofa a fantastic and vary in price per sofa. They do have offers on and can get them at discounted prices. Overall many to choose from.

    Fantastic sofas. But the customer service is not great. Staff members need to be honest about the finance services available to the customers. They say intrest free. But, please be sure to read your contract as what they say in store is not entirely the same as what the finance company states. They have their own set of options and you would be liable to pay straight away rather then after a year a so. So once your 14 day period is over you'll be paying the monthly plan which incurs high intrest! Always read the contract and don't belive the sales representatives as they take their job so seriously that try and persuade you without really doing a good job! They have no feedback system in place and no one gets back to you after you've complained. Appalling service.

    Visited the store yesterday evening with my mum in hope of viewing some new sofas. Unfortunately, the service was terrible and unprofessional. Although the store was quiet and no other customers were present, the salesman on shift did not once approach or enquire if we needed any assistance. During the 20 mins we were there, he continued to sit at his desk and engage in his conversation with another college. From the minute we entered and left no communication was made. Considering this is such a big purchase you would assume an adviser would approach you or simply just say hello. We liked some products however, I would not revisit or recommend coming here due to the appalling service. Such a shame!
