Took my laptop in to get repaired as the keyboard was not working (due to minor water damage). Upon repaired collection the shop keeper advised me that they had cleaned my laptop of the water residue as a good will gesture. What they hadn't told me was that they had taken out one of my 8gb rams and kept it for themselves (I had 2x 8gb rams in before I gave them my laptop) and replaced it with a 4gb one!! Also the DVD drive was no longer working (this was working fine before I took my laptop into them For repair. When I had collected my laptop they never mentioned either even though I had a extensive conversation with them before I left the shop. When I took it back to complain that one of the 8gbs was missing he made up an excuse saying that there was water damage on it and they had put the 4gb in as a goodwill gesture. I told him I believed he was lying as he never mentioned this when I took it back from them following the initial keyboard repair I also explained that the DVD drive wasn't working. He showed me the 8 gb the next day saying it was water damaged. I told him to put it back in and to repair the DVD drive that now wasn't working. (As I didn't believe him at all)!!! They put the 8 gb back in And as suspected its working fine along with the DVD drive. I can't believe this shop tried to steal one of my 8 gb rams. It's a good job I checked my spec after that initial repair or else I would have been non the wiser!!!

Absolutely awful service. I gave my mac book and they said they will call me the next day to tell me if they can fix it. I called and texted asking for an update. They ignored me. I called and he must have accidentally answered and said he would call me back. He never called me back. I am not in the area often so couldn’t just pop in. I had to then fight to get my own laptop back. They decided to throw away the box it came in so spent ages pretending to look for it. Huge scammers do not trust them plenty of other reliable stores. Not even worthy of 1 star

I don’t even want to put this 1 star because the way owner talked to me… guys don’t buy or get your parcels deliver to them because they don’t give on time. The owner is so disrespectful and talks so badly as i have been going for a week for my parcels. They don’t care if you are getting your stuff on time or not. They are worse and disrespectful.

My son wanted to sell his phone to save up for something else. He took it here, huge mistake. He ended up with £20 and an xbox controller. This was on 12th August. The controller was supposedly brand new, however the thing was pretty much unusable. Due to moving house it was a couple of weeks before we could get back to the shop. We were told the warranty was only for 2/3 days. On this occasion however the guy offered a different controller. He also said if it wasn't working we had to take it back the same day. Due to the time there was no way we could return the same day, got home and weren't even able to test it as it was supposed to come with a USB dongle. Took it back yesterday and explained that it needed the dongle to be able to use it. He practically accused my son of being a liar and said it didn't come with the dongle even though it showed it on the box. We even checked online and it was supposed to come with it. My son asked for a refund and was told we don't give them after 2 months. The guy said it had been 2 months since my son sold his phone to them and said he had been abroad and come back yet I have the proof on my bank of when he sold the phone to them. I have never come across such a rude and ignorant person. Be very cautious spending your money here, the guy is utterly obnoxious and doesn't seem to care who he rips off...even kids. Unfortunately had to give one star as there was no lower option.

I’m not one for writing reviews but had to do one for these guys. They are personable and very skilled at what they do - restoring life to broken phones. Highly recommended.

Rude worker in the shop with no manners avoid at all cost sells blocked phones and wastes people time and doesn't stick to is word people spend your money elsewhere 👌
