we
had
ordered
online,
when
we
called
in
to
pick
the
item
up
the
person
behind
the
counter
asked
did
we
have
the
order
number
which
I
gave
her,
she
then
asked
did
I
have
the
confirmation
email
which
I
showed
her,
as
I
showed
her
the
confirmation
email
she
was
trying
to
grab
my
phone
and
being
overly
forceful
and
she
had
a
real
abrupt
school
teacher
demeanor
about
her,
she
then
wasn't
happy
with
the
order
number
or
confirmation
email
and
wanted
to
see
identification
from
me
so
I
showed
her
that
which
she
was
also
trying
to
grab
out
of
my
hand.
She
then
proceeded
to
lecture
and
give
both
of
us
a
big
speech
about
the
things
you
need
to
pick
your
order
up
when
you
call
in
to
the
store
to
which
I
proceeded
to
tell
her
I
wasn't
bothered
and
wasn't
here
to
argue
with
her
and
by
this
time
I
had
ran
out
of
patience
with
her
and
just
wanted
to
take
my
order
and
get
out
of
there
and
never
return.
This
employee
went
out
of
her
way
to
make
life
as
difficult
as
possible
for
us
when
it
should
of
just
been
a
simple
experience,
we
just
called
in
to
pick
our
order
up.
Has
put
us
off
ever
shopping
with
this
company
again.
