Update, The Omega boutique has just gone through a full refurbishment and increased in size, more modern now with larger range and relaxing area. What can I say, it was a true pleasure to shop in this boutique. We only called in on a whim to see what the price of a numbered edition of a Seamaster Chrono was, but from stepping through the door and being greeted so warmly and professionally, we were hooked. It helped that this is the only Omega boutique that had the watch in stock for me to look at. The service we got from Becky, Paul, Sav and Bella is what really mattered though and I can't recommend them highly enough. It was almost like a day out when we went back to collect the watch. Definitely a recommendation from me and my wife and we look forward to returning for another purchase in the future

Been in today to have a look at some watches. Rachel and savas were both so friendly and welcoming. I have been looking at an omega for a while. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I decided to go have a think and we all had a good laugh that they would see me later and they were correct, I went back and made my purchase. Bought an Omega here from Paul on the weekend - honestly one of the best & nicest experiences I’ve had buying anything, he couldn’t have done more to help. He really made the experience of buying an Omega a 10/10!!! Really knowledgable on all of the Omega range, super friendly & couldn’t do more to help. Offered us drinks on our arrival & made us feel welcome & comfortable showing us watches from the range. Showroom was immaculate & had the full range of watches, offered to show me anything he had. Ian was also super knowledgable on the range & history of Omega & all of the other staff were really friendly & welcoming. Watch was packed up & all of the instructions for use, service schedule & all of the booklets & history of the Watch explained in detail which I loved, all of the staff knew the watches thoroughly. my recent purchase was a great experience at omega st.ann's st manchester. kyle smith the sales assistant made me feel comfortable and relaxed straight from the off. such a pleasure doing business.. it was also great to deal with SAVAS who was also attentive and knowledgeable, especially with the bollinger and moretti!!!.. both kyle and savas made my shopping trip worth while and i look forward to seeing them both in the future..

Called in (after much deliberation) to look at purchasing my retirement present. Greeted by Kyle and Savos who couldn’t have been more welcoming. They both made the whole experience very special and their attention and knowledge was first class. No pressure at all, even the Champagne flowed freely. Visiting Manchester for the weekend, popped in to the Omega Boutique to try on watch that was in the window and ended up coming away with a completely different watch that had been on my wishlist for a couple of years. I recently visited Manchester on business and popped in to Omega St Anne's Street. I came out with a Speedmaster and am delighted with it. Customer service was excellent - I explained I was 'just looking' but the knowledge and enthusiasm of Paul and Savas really made a difference - they knew their products inside out and that as a customer gave me confidence - confidence to make a pretty substantial purchase. I live quite a way from Manchester but will make the journey to Manchester to buy from Omega in future - the experience at St Annes St was second to none. I can not recommend it highly enough.

Visited the store today to get the strap changed on my Ploprof. Met Savas who was very knowledgable about the Omega range and genuinely excited to see my Ploprof. He changed the strap quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend taking a trip to the store if only to meet Savas!

I’d been considering an Omega watch for a little while. Having spoken to both Bella and Paul on the telephone over the course of a couple of weeks, I made the trip over to Manchester with my wife Sunday afternoon. We were both made to feel extremely welcome, and their knowledge and professionalism made it an easy decision. A couple of hours later and I walked out extremely happy with an Aqua Terra (Steel Bracelet) on my wrist. I’ve also ordered a rubber strap which I’ll be returning for in a couple of weeks.

Couldn’t recommend this branch of Omega anymore, I’ve unfortunately had a couple of issues with a watch which happens from time to time of course, but it was the manner and helpfulness of Paul that really stood out. Savas was able to rectify the problem completely free of charge even though I didn't purchase the watch from them. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional.
