I do love the BoConcept Manchester store. All the staff are helpful and friendly, as you'd expect in a showroom, but they are also extremely knowledgeable about the products and they take the time to discuss the pros and cons of the different fabrics, colours and other options. The excellence of the service doesn't stop at the showroom. Their delivery and install service is extremely professional and reliable, which gives me great peace of mind when arranging for them to come to clients' homes. Keep up the good work, guys!

Had the best experience at BoConcept in Manchester. We weren’t sure how a large sofa would look in our space or what the layout should be. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find some amazing options. After sending home measurements, he created designs for what our space would look like. Our furniture arrived yesterday and we couldn’t be more thrilled! We would have never picked out this furniture without seeing it on the designs or without Alan’s help. The sofa and chairs we chose are gorgeous and very high quality. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the second time we have used Bo Concept Manchester to furnish our home . We dealt with David this time who was so helpful in advising us on fabrics and colour schemes . We are over the moon with the purchases we made for our new kitchen diner and everyone has commented on how great it all looks .

We called in to the manchester store after spending alot of money in the york branch for one of our properties. The gentleman working today 14/05/22 was one of the rudest people i have ever met. Told us the colour choices we had gone for were not right although the colours in the showroom were what we had gone for. If i did not love the furniture so much i would return it all because of the attiude of this person in question. I cant tell you how rude this man was

We received all our furniture at once, and the delivery man was brilliant at updating ur and communicating with us. They have also installed everything for us and placed everything to where it should be. Products are in extremely good quality! Super happy with our purchase.
