I was at the store about half an hour ago. I found everything on my shopping list and the woman at the counter was incredibly helpful! They didn't have the exact kind of contact lenses I was looking for but she helped me find an alternative.

Fantastic customer service!! Products are quality compared to the cheaply made stuff you get at most fancy dress shops and the prices are very reasonable! Staff went out of their way to make me a custom tutu in record time, very impressed. I highly recommend this shop.

In this shop you'll find a wide range of costumes, with plenty of sizes. This is a fantastic family-run business. They're helpful, friendly and attentive. I've been twice now and will be going back when I need my next costume.

Pretty fancy took a little bit to find but realised it was on the flyover then it was easy

Went there for last min party mask and I was soo happy to find the mascarade mask that I was looking for. Has soo many costumes prop a good place to go to before Halloween 🎃

helpful when buying something but i didn't use something i bought and didn't open it and they were rude and refused to give a refund. Poor customer service!

Highly recommend!! Amazing friendly and helpful service. They really helped me out last minute, pre party, as my original costume, which I'd ordered online from ebay hadn't arrived on time. The great positive from shopping from the high street was that I was able to try on the costume, and the alterations which were needed were made there and then. Thank you for saving my day!

Such a lovely shop and even lovelier staff. Went in looking for a sewing kit and they kindly offered to sew up what I needed doing, free of charge! Totally saved my day. Defo the shop I’m going back to, for my next fancy dress party!
