Friendly staff! Good location near Asda, can go shopping as well!

Staff are nice enough but when sending a parcel for tracked delivery they insisted that the only option available was special delivery. They professed to have never heard of tracked 24 or 48 delivery. Special delivery being much more expensive. This is obviously post office policy to try and sell the dearest method possible as it's happened elsewhere so be aware of this Edit; Staff seem to have become quite rude lately. The robust woman that served me today was downright rude. Try working for the NHS through a pandemic!

Small Post office within the Bridge centre that offers the usual letter & parcel postage services, plus passport applications/renewals, various forms that you require such as account applications as well as checking forms over by the staff before being sent off to the relevant departments, which is what I needed so that I could close my mum's card account down after she sadly passed away, there is lovely staff in this branch to help you plus with the added bonus of being open on a Sunday!

Good location. Staff are hit and miss can be nice. But sometimes don’t seem to want to work and can be rude.

Only a slight queue - cannot grumble

Bit of a queue but very efficient. They disinfect surfaces near the waiting area. Check opening times as days vary.

I needed to return several items using qr codes on my phone. I couldn't make my phone show one of the codes and GINA , the clerk who served me, could not have been nicer. IIwas feeling so embarrassed but She was so kind and patient. Fabulous service, thank you.

I was spoken to like rubbish by the youngest worker in the establishment today at 1pm on the 28th of November 2023 where a couple days before I went in with a parcel in which I needed to return, so I get there say “this needs returning” and was told that’s fine and wasn’t charged for some reason which I was a bit confused about but didn’t think anything of it, then today I walk in there and say “I need this returned it was sent back to my house” and the lady replied “well we’re not telepathic we can’t tell where the return address is”, even though it was literally in its own box on the parcel and continued to degrade me for not printing out my own label telling me It’s my fault that I didn’t tell them the return address but again on the parcel it says return address and If you actually tried to do your job except worrying about harassing customers maybe you’d do that job properly! I think you forget my names not postman pat I don’t work as a post office slob so clearly I don’t know the Ins and outs of the job! I’ll add the parcel so you can clearly see it had the return address on it!

Staff are very helpfull nothings too much trouble i would still go there even if i moved to somewhere else in pompey

Very handy, being right next to Asda and the additional benefit of being open on Sundays!

Six counters but only two members of staff, who took ages doing everything

I did not find any pleasing experience with one of the staff members. The lady acted as if she doesn’t want to help me or I’m bothering her with my questions, I ended up losing my important documents because of her attitude to me. I’m in a position not happy to recommend this service but to any of my loved ones at the moment.
