Great guys to deal with lock n store in Portsmouth is a great place to store with, plenty of room lots, of lifts loads of trolleys, ample bays for parking,we never have an issue when we are working here, we love using this place. Man plus van would always recommend lock n store very clean and tidy very good value.

Very friendly staff (ask for Erica or Wendy) with easy and efficient access to store belongings. As well as best prices for students! Been storing my things here since first year of uni and this will always be my choice when in need of storage. Highly recommend!

We have used this storage site a few times for previous moves. The site is easy to find and has plenty to help you move your stuff. If your unsure of what size unit you need they are happy to show you around. The team are all kind and have a great tip about using the hertz van app which they have and was easy to use but special thanks to Wendy and heather who made this hopefully final process of house storage less stressful. We were in a pickle for some emergency house moving storage. One call to Lok’nStore Portsmouth and we were sorted! Reasonable rates and all well laid out and easily accessible. Must mention Kerry who really did he utmost to sort everything out for us and explain how the storage process worked. If you are lucky you may even get a free keyring 😉 Well run, organised, clean and easy to get to - highly recommend!

We had to rent a locker for a few months whilst between moves. From moving out items in to checking out the staff were extremely helpful and always happy to answer any questions I had (no matter how silly they were) The storage is clean and well covered by CCTV, will definitely consider renting again if we need to

Wonderfully straightforward experience after booking online and the unit easily accommodated my needs. Helpfully located right off the M275 into Portsmouth if you want to avoid the narrow roads in a large moving van!

Professional staff, very good cancellation policy and reasonable rates. Only niggle is the opening hours could be a bit later. Highly recommend regardless

Fantastic staff who couldn’t have been more helpful when we cleared the locker on 6th November. Tip was closed so we had a big problem but they helped us sort things out. Recommend to everyone.

From start to finish Wendy was very helpful, helped me with any questions I had. Renting a van right outside was also a bonus! On arrival paperwork was easy and straightforward and Wendy explained it and made sure I understood everything. 100% wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my storage.

Great location, competitively priced, with secure and dry units. Have had a unit with Lok N Store Portsmouth for over 20 years (work purposes) and although other storage companies are close by I have always been looked after by the friendly & professional team (Nathalie, Wendy & Chris) and have never experienced anything but good service.

Very kind and helpful staff. Me and 2 of my uni mates decided to put our stuff into storage for summer and on the day we were due to put our stuff in we were on the drag a bit with traffic and they were kind enough to be really understanding and let us stay a little after closing time to put our stuff in. The price split between us 3 is also really good for us being uni students. Overall would very much recommend to any other uni students looking to do this :)

We’ve had a great experience with lok n store Portsmouth, who have been really helpful providing us with a space to store all of our things whilst in the process of moving to another city. When we needed to upscale to a bigger unit they were extremely accommodating and supportive of our needs. Would highly recommended them. Wendy took our initial booking and was extremely helpful, and the manager Natalie has been extremely helpful with our changing demands and circumstances in supporting us through.

I needed a place to store my stuff over the summer and lok n store had really reasonable rates and offered ease of access to my locker, which made shifting my belongings piece by piece a lot easier . The staff are all very approachable and friendly, Wendy at reception is a real sweetheart :). Overall if you need storage look no further.

I had a good experience with Lok'nStore Portsmouth. It was my first time using a storage unit and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s clean, safe, secure and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend. My experience here couldn’t have been better.

I had been dreading needing to use a storage facility but the staff made this so easy. They were brilliant when we needed to keep moving the take up date, due to our house move. We made lots of trips there and each and every time we were greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. It was safe and not as daunting as I thought it would be. If I could suggest one improvement it would be to extend the weekend opening hours, but this is not a criticism.
