I was recommended here by a friend after my computer in my hair salon wouldn’t turn on. This is a nightmare for us as all our bookings, cashing up etc is done on it so makes life very difficult. From the minute I called and spoke to Russell I was put at ease, they certainly know what they’re talking about. Less than 24 hours later I have a fully working PC back, they’re life savers!! The price was far less than I expected too and certainly far less than a new PC! Another bonus is they do web design and lots more….that’s another thing on my list to upgrade my website so will definitely be using these guys. Thankyou so much, you’re lifesavers!!

I'm pleased to have found these guys as a "go to" for PC supplies and advice. I had a PC that was suffering slow start up and random crashes. I couldn't pin-point a reason. After talking the problem through the advice was that it sounded like the hard-disk was failing. Advice was given to diagnose the problem on the machine, and there it was, the prognosis was exactly right. A new drive was supplied from stock at a very reasonable price and now I have a happy computer again. Now I'm looking for help to build a gaming machine. These guys know their stuff.

Needed an internal keyboard, screen hinge and palm rest replacement. All of which was fixed and taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

What an absolutely brilliant service I've had from James of 19 Computing in exchanging a faulty (corrupted) Hard Disc Drive from my iMac and replacing same with an SSD. My iMac now performs as it did when I first bought it, probably even faster! James transported my iMac to the 19 Computing workshop from my home, even finding time to fixing my printer before he left! He delivered it back to me within a few working days. 19 Computing have delivered a first class service to me and I cannot praise them enough for their efficiency throughout. Guys, I have had most efficient service ever . I used them with my laptop where other people charged me 150£ and all that needs to be done is to press one button !!! Yeey !! Then I had an issue with my phone and they have done it for free !!! Great job guys , thank you very much !!!

I came in here with my mac book that i was selling which i unfortunately erased every single bit of software, i was given an extremely reasonable price which i was more than willing to have payed and some great advice on how i can get this to work of a usb (i didn’t need to get my laptop repaired even though id deleted absolutely everything) it was very much appreciated that the man didn’t just decide to take my money and go ahead with the repair and despite me offering money for the great service and advice he kindly denied. He provided the best service ive seen in a long time and professional advice. Such a kind genuine group of individuals that really know there stuff I will 1000% be returning for any future electronic worries.

After visiting another repair shop I visited 19Computing to remove a Virus infection from my laptop and create a new email address. Recommended

Very helpful & made no money! I brought in a Mac laptop which I though had a fault but it didn’t: no charge. Also my iPhone with a cracked screen and wobbly camera. They did me such a good deal on a replacement phone that I ordered it. But then (to my surprise) I found a street-market guy who fixed my phone. So they kindly reversed the phone deal and gave me a refund. No problem at all. Anyway my laptop is bound to go wrong soon (it’s an Apple) so I shall be back.

Took my three year old laptop back to PC World. Was told they could not fix as the parts were not available anymore. Contacted 19 Computing who fixed my laptop in less than two days. Told it was just a loose connection. Could not believe it. Staff were very friendly and charged me less than PC World. Just goes to show, shop local. Thank you so much

My laptop had stopped charging, 19 Computing sorted out a new cable for me. They've helped me for many years with various other computer issues and repairs. I can't speak highly enough of the staff - always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - my go-to business for any IT support or advice. Strongly recommended.

Avoid these time wasters if you have a MacBook! Took my Mac there and was told they usually they take 3-5 days to look at the laptop. After a week of not hearing anything back, I called in to see if they had looked at it but was told someone was going to look at it and call me that day. I did not hear back from them for another 2 days! When I eventually hear back from them, I get a call asking if I can bring my changer in because they can’t turn my laptop on. Now I’m no expert but I would expect a laptop shop who “fixes” MacBooks to have a few apple chargers in their shop, hence it would be crazy to expect someone to come all the way to their shop just to bring a charger in. They clearly hadn’t touched my laptop for 10 days and then to make matters worse, they cannot fix MacBook Hardware issues. They have to send any MacBook with hardware issues to ANOTHER company to fix it. I asked for my laptop back and took it to Rocket Repairs in Southampton who were able to fix it quite quickly and for a reasonable amount.

I have been a customer with 19 computing ever since the owner was 19. ( Over 20 years ago ) Just shows how much I value their services Everyone in the shop is helpful, reliable and they provide excellent service, both in the shop and on home visits. Highly recommended.

Superb! First time ever I visited here today and can't thank them enough. Amazing service and Russ took so much time in giving us advice and helping sort out our mobile after our data was compromised at home. Fixed our issues with patience. Knowledgeable, experienced and I can't believe it took me so long to find them. Gave advice about our PC and other devices. This place is a hidden from the high street gem. After visiting a well known chain an hour before, who were unhelpful, it was a breath of fresh air and relief to find them. We will be going back very soon. Thank you.

Amazing customer service. Came in for a soldering job and they told me it'll be done in an hour went and finished a few things came back and it was ready. Definitely recommend.

These guys repaired my MacBook after it was damaged by water ...it involved significant micro soldering etc. Apple wanted £1000 to replace the whole motherboard but 19 Computing charged me barely over 10% of that. It still works perfectly. Great company, friendly service and so please keep up the good work chaps! Small companies like you are gold dust. BW James

I have used 19 Computing just a few times over a long period. My laptop needed a new hard drive and battery, which were replaced very quickly. As always, very helpful and friendly staff. I can't fault the service and value for money. Very happy customer!

Great friendly service, brilliant help getting my perfect pc parts. Not very clued up with my pc parts but theyanaged to point me in the right direction and give me great advise. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to build a pc or getting repairs done.

Worst place ive been to , to fix a pc. Gets them to diagnosis a problem. They say its a psu problem. Turns out its more then a psu problem so they didnt look at it properly. Then pc is broken from them as power button dont work. So ive had to take it else where. Avoid this place as they have done a very poor job. And i will never go there again. Ps i didnt take the computer apart. I install a psu which really has turned out. It wasn't a psu Problem. It was a gpu problem. And the machine hasnt been touch since yesterday. So its never been looked at since i got it back from you. And there no way i or the other company broke the power button. As we havent gone anywhere near it.as a psu was getting fitted. So no need to remove the top part of the case. I asked for a refund as you done a pior job diagnosis the pc. As its a gpu problem not psu. So yeah never again and you see all the bad reviews you have had. Its all the same issue. You shouldn't be in business. Ps i put a psu in but didnt touch the power button. As you only have to take the side panel of to put the psu in. So the power button wasn't touch. And was working from when i took it to you. You diagnosis the problem wrong and took and told me i needed a new psu. Which i didnt, so not only cost me money on buying a new osu which i didnt need .but you charged me for a wrong diagnosis. Very poor advice and im glad i didnt go ahead and get you to charge the psu. Aviod at all cost

This has been my "go to" place for computer purchases and repairs ever since they were originally established in Drayton many years ago. I recently had a problem with my laptop - which I had bought from them, as a refurbished machine, four years ago - which switched itself off wouldn't turned back on again. I took it down to them and the chap on the desk and sorted it for me in a couple of minutes by re-seating the battery, and charged me nothing! I am not very computer savvy; I have always found their staff helpful and informative.

Friendly, brilliant and very knowledgeable. First time visit for a relatively simple job, however they offer a fair price, all seem very friendly and they keep you up to date if you need to be. I would recommend this repair shop (it’s a little tucked away, but still very accessible)

They did a great job fixing my laptop its been a year and the fix is still holding up fine.

The team fixed my son’s Xbox. We weren’t sure what was wrong with it but the guys fixed the issue and it’s working good as new. Very quick service, reasonable prices and great customer service. Thanks very much
