    Fantastic customer service. This is how all businesses should be. Friendly, helpful & informative staff, from the moment you walk in the door, right through to after care. They even re-charged my EV for me, so I had a fully charge for my journey home. Iā€™ve visited the dealership 3 times now & every time Iā€™ve received the same high level of service. Technical support crew are great, the showroom is clean, warm & friendly. There has always been parking spaces available when Iā€™ve visited, which is more than I can say about some dealerships that Iā€™ve used in the past. Iā€™d definitely recommend Marshallā€™s to friends & family.

    Just about right customer parking, though it does get busy! Had a great experience here as I collected and drove home my new A class. There's also plenty of cars for you to see and is around your budget. Front desk is friendly, welcoming, and generally, customer service is as expected for a Marshall branch.

    Pick up on Friday my new glc . thanks to the friendly staff at marshalls it seemed that nothing is to much trouble. They help me with everything from start to finish and I'd like to say a big thanks to Lewis for all the help as I told him I will not be going to lookers mercedes-benz as marshalls have offered me a better deal for the second time

    As I always say itā€™s not about destination but journey. In simple terms it is not just about buying a car but going through the journey to get one. Stuart Trett is a fantastic sales individual. He was attentive, informative and provided attention to detail. What I like the best was the quality of service provide from start to finish. If you are getting a MB from Marshall Mercedes Benz, ask for Stuart. I hope the dealership recognises Stuart as an excellent sales person who deserves pay raise. You donā€™t get this type of service from other MB dealerships! Thank you

    I bought a fantastic A-Class W177 from Shaun and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, really delivered the Mercedes experience that you would expect and really went above and beyond to meet my needs. Buying a car from them felt effortless and very smooth! I was greeted and seated as soon as I walked in by the fantastic woman on reception that made me and my better half a coffee which I can only give a solid 10/10. Itā€™s very clear that Shaun takes pride in his job and ensures the customer is happy and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay with my drive home. Couldnā€™t ask for a better service Well done Mercedes Benz of Portsmouth!

    My sales advisor was Lewis and was able to get me the vehicle I wanted. Very kind he answered all questions made it very simple for us, all forms to complete were stress free and smoothly delivered. Kept us informed with the process and made calls to check everything was okay. We went on Saturday to view and test drive within 4days we was able to agree on a collection day. A huge thank you to Lewis that made the experience so welcoming to us. I would like to mention everyone in Marshall Mercedes is lovely and very friendly staff they offered drinks and snacks.     We were looked after and dealt with by salesman Charlie Messingham at the Portsmouth UK branch. He was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience a breeze. His knowledge on the range and spec of vehicles was excellent and really helped when choosing the vehicle we wanted. He also went over and above to make sure we received our car before the weekend. Throughly impressed with the car and service, will definitely be coming back to Charlie in 4 years time for our next car.

    My wife and I recently purchased an approved used car from Mercedes, Portsmouth. The customer service delivered by Mo was second to none and upon reflection as lovely as the car is, itā€™s definitely the person who makes the sale. This is the first time I have bought from Mercedes and was an enjoyable process (I didnā€™t think buying a car could be so enjoyable) so I will be sticking with Mercedesā€™ in future. Thank you, Mo for your hospitality and attentiveness. He is clearly someone with huge talent and a great future ahead of him.

    A very easy and straight forward experience of booking and completing my regular service. I was prompted to book by receiving a text message, then I was able to book when it was most convenient to me, and not too far in to the future. The quoted 2 hour wait whilst the service was completed was exactly adhered to and the service in the showroom was courteous and efficient. I like getting the video review of the service, as well as the paperwork and a digital update of my service record. All in all, a very smooth and efficient service.

    Booked my car service and MOT on line. Met at reception by Steve who quickly went through all the details of what the service requirement. Steve called e at 14:00 to inform me that the car was ready for collection. I would recommend using a main dealer for your service and Steve was brilliant.

    Booked in for a service and was managed by Steve Kennelly. After the initial confusion of being allowed to book a date online, but that date not being available, the service went well. Steve was very professional and helpful throughout, ensuring I was kept informed at all times. Would recommend.

    Recently bought a brand new Mercedes A-Class from Marshall's - fantastic car and the service we received was extraordinary. Sydney was amazing expertly walking us through every step of the process, ensuring that we were 100% happy with the car and that we knew all the options available to us.     Traded in my old Mercedes a few weeks ago for a New GLC and was helped by Stuart. He was fantastic from start to finish, helped me get the car as soon as possible and updated me all the way along the process. His contact through email and calls always let me know what stage I needed to complete next. On the day of picking up my car it was ready with a cover on for the big reveal which made it even more special! If your looking for the perfect new car make sure you ask for Stuart as he will provide you with the 5 star service.

    Great Experience ! I purchased an AMG A45S from Mercedes Portsmouth last week and would not hesitate to recommend them. I dealt with Sophie in Sales who did a great job of handling my enquiry. I also dealt with Sydney in sales who even met me at the train station and helped with the handover. Lastly, I met the used car Sales Manager (Manil), while at the dealer who made sure I was totally happy with my purchase. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, professional and very friendly. The car was as described and beautifully presented. I will definitely contact Manil's team when I am ready to change my car again ! My drive home was fun too.. I would highly recommend the A45S if you are looking for a practical but also extremely exciting family car.

    A test drive was booked for a Saturday for a 2021 model E200 Mercedes Benz Sport in blue. We arrived for our appointment early and had to wait a while longer until we were seen. But the test drive experience was good and were able to see how capable the knowledge of the sales executive was they were as helpful as possible. Majority of questions were and we were happy how the petrol version of the Mercedes Benz E Class Sport Sport 2021 drove. Smooth and quiet compared to a similar diesel version which was also tested driven. We would be happy to recommend Mercedes Benz of Portsmouth to other individuals and also the said sales executive as capable and component enough.

    Visited the Mercedes today with my husband to view a car he saw in the showroom yesterday. The salesman who spoke to us was very off hand, disinterested and abrupt. My husband also had the same issue, but with a different salesman, yesterday. When they found out the car was being purchased as a company car through the leasing scheme they weren't at all interested. I would have expected a much more professional service from a prestige company. A sale is a sale at the end of the day! In contrast, Tesla Winchester, couldn't have been more professional, courteous, informative and helpful. It was a real pleasure unlike Mercedes-Benz Portsmouth!

    Donā€™t even deserve 1 star, thanks for making my experience of buying my dream car so awful. What a disappointment, non existent customer service, get better treatment at the car wash. Wish Iā€™d never bothered. Looks like the car wasnā€™t even serviced even though I was told it was, MOT expiry is incorrect on warranty paperwork, was told by two members of staff it had Apple play, it didnā€™t. Never received promised call backs due to being ā€œbusyā€. Now expect me to pay them over Ā£800 for a service that I wasnā€™t told about! Joke!

    I never leave negative reviews however Marshall's gave me the worst customer service I've ever received. They took 2 and a half weeks to refund me over Ā£1000, despite confirming at the very beginning of that 2 and a half weeks that they would refund me ASAP. The service department simply arent interested. Whenever you phone in you are politely told you will receive a call back however I must have phoned in more than 10 times in the last 6 months and have never been called back. When you go into the branch it isnt much better. The receptionist tells the service department that you are there then you sit and wait for up to 10 minutes. The staff are polite that's the only positive thing I can say. The branch manager needs to get a grip of his team, it appears that if you buy a car from them their reviews are much better, not surprising. However due to them being so consistently bad for the last 6 months I would never buy a car from them

    It's the second time I've had a bad experience with this service. The first time they fitted me with a belt from another car model, when I took it back they didn't want to replace it because it's no longer manufactured. complained to them and I was told to go and change it for free. They did the replacement for me in 20 minutes under the conditions that at the first service they kept me for a whole day and made me pay for the labor double the cost of the part .Now I went to them for the replacement of a free sensor. They scheduled me, they knew what they had to do and did not specify anything about the lack of stock of the part. I showed up for the appointment, they kept my car for a whole day without informing me of anything related to its condition, when I saw that closing time was approaching, I went there and they told me that they didn't do anything to it because they didn't have the sensor in stock. The car is the source of income for my family, I lost a lot financially and they didn't even solve the problem, I don't understand why I made an appointment and why they kept me there for a whole day if they didn't have the part in stock? They also broke my on-board recording camera, probably it won't record, no they knew how to stop it from the source. When I told them that if I get them a sensor, they can change it for me? They said that in fact nothing is free anymore, that I have to pay Ā£600 under the conditions in which they had to change it for free. Very disappointed, I will not recommend to anyone, they are very unserious, they cause damage, they unjustifiably keep the car to charge you for labour, they are liars and they do not respect you as a customer, they do not respect your rights.

He was answering me all my questions at any time of the day and night as well as the weekend. Even on his day off Lewis kept contact with me to ensure everything goes ahead smoothly.

    Following a 7 year relationship with Marshallā€™s Portsmouth, servicing our old car faultlessly, we felt there was only 1 place to purchase our new car. , Yet again, What a fantastic service from Marshallā€™s Portsmouth. Special thanks to James Leckey for his patience and support, and the other members of staff for entertaining our 4 year old and for cleaning the sticky hand prints off possibly every car in the showroom! I enquired online about a test drive around 12pm on a Saturday, had a callback within 10 mins and by 2pm we were behind the wheel. As requested, We test drove the car but sadly, it simply wasnā€™t for us. So we asked to look at a few other models and James kindly showed us around and even drove a particular car into the showroom as it was raining. Very thoughtful. We returned the following day to test drive another car and together, found the exact spec car we wanted from another Marshallā€™s dealership in the midlands. Communication was excellent throughout and they took care of the whole thing seamlessly, as youā€™d expect from a luxury brand. At no point did we feel pressured or intimidated and we actually purchased the car sight unseen, trusting James to get it right. We were not disappointed, itā€™s perfect! Great job to all at Marshallā€™s, thank you all so much. No pushy salesman or irritating sales patter whatsoever, just a polite easy going team happy to help you purchase your new car and always there to support you with your existing vehicle. The whole process took under a week and weā€™re absolutely delighted with the new car! Thanks again!!

    Recently I was a customer of Audi and my car finance was coming to the end, I went to Mercedes not knowing what to expect! Then I got greeted in a very friendly and welcoming manner by Stuart Trett, the brilliant car salesman who supported me and got me a smashing deal on my brand new car! I was very very pleased with the service and professionalism of Stuart and he made sure that the car was right for me and my family! Before we chose what car would be best he suggested that I should bring in my sons pram and make sure it fits in the boot, which I thought was a brilliant idea.     A fantastic experience with excellent customer service and technical team. When my usual dealership was not able to offer an appointment for one week, I contacted Portsmouth who could see me that afternoon. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. I was met by Gordon, one of the managers, who introduced me to the technician Scott. The work on my vehicle took no longer than 10 minutes, though was crucial to keeping my vehicle on the road. Scott answered all my questions clearly and afterwards Gordon took the time to check the work was completed and I was happy. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and all staff I met were friendly, welcoming and professional. The dealership was clean, spacious and wheelchair accessible with plenty of parking spaces. I appreciate that whilst staff had given thought to my disability needs, they also did not make any assumptions and instead asked what would work for me. I highly recommend Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth.

    Recently purchased a GLC AMG 63 from Stuart Trett and what can I sayā€¦.well the whole experience was such a pleasure from the lady on the reception on the Sunday morning making sure we all had enough drinks for the whole time we were there and just a lovely kind person, to collecting the car on Tuesday. Stuart went above and beyond to meet our needs, fantastic with our son made him feel part of the whole experience which he so enjoyed. To top it all off for the first time after previously purchasing 3 Mercedes from Marshallā€™s Chichester, we were presented with our car under a cover for the reveal and signs with our names on congratulating us!     I have just brought a new car from here and I had Stuart Trett looking after me and he couldnā€™t have done a better job if he tried. Stuart was so helpful whenever I had a question or didnā€™t know how something worked I could also either call him or send an email and he would get back to me right away. There was no stress with the process. It was all so so easy to buy the car and drive away with it. I couldnā€™t have asked any more from Stuart because he did such a great job and it was such a pleasant experience like it is getting a new car. But Stuart made it all that better because it was so hassle free and a nice environment to be in. Stuart is just a nice genuine man. If you get a car from here ask for Stuart
