My
experience
with
Fresh
Hearing
overall
has
been
brilliant!
For
almost
two
decades,
i’ve
suffered
from
an
excess
of
ear
wax
build-up
in
both
ears
which
has
caused
me
no
end
of
problems
but
quite
recently,
it
was
really
bad
over
coming
up
to
the
Christmas
period
(2023)
Initially
i
was
recommended
to
speak
to
Fresh
Hearing
by
a
family
friend
but
due
to
work
/
non-work
obligation
(living
and
working
in
London)
i
took
the
plunge
and
booked
an
appointment
when
i
was
next
visiting
the
North
West.
The
initial
booking
(over
the
telephone)
to
the
visits
at
the
clinic
were
carried
out
in
a
professional
manner,
similar
to
the
clinics
in
Central
London
but
the
removal
method
of
ear
wax
was
really
interesting
as
it
was
my
first
time.
Due
to
the
build-up
of
ear
wax
(entirely
self
inflicted),
the
two
visits
resulted
in
my
hearing
being
pretty
much
fully
restored
-
hand
on
heart,
i
can
personally
say
this
as
i
was
experiencing
difficulty
hearing
bass
frequencies
being
produced
at
60
hz
along
with
mid
and
treble
frequencies
at
their
recommended
range.
Now,
my
hearing
has
been
restored,
i
don’t
need
to
rely
on
setting
the
volume
dial
on
my
amp
to
11!
I
couldn’t
be
any
more
happier
after
the
visits
and
i
personally
recommend
them
to
anyone
who
has
ear
wax
build-up
problems.
