Been a couple of times now and there is the odd friendly helpful lady, I asked about passports and she didn’t seem interested. 2 women were rude to a 70 old man all he wanted was to be shown how to take his photo graph in the booth so I helped him instead! They need teaching about being friendly and helpful to customers !

I arrived at the branch at 2/3 mins before 5pm the doors were wide open a bearded Asian man said to me we are closed i said your doors are still open and there was still a couple if mins before closing he then said You should gave come earlier its now 5 pm I then showed him my watch with by now 2 minutes still remaing i said even the town hall clock has not sounded you cant just close i travelled to give my passports in for them to stamp weight and post however he declined now 30 seconds later the town hall clock chime sounded and he said my clock and the town hall clock is wrong. Absolutely disgusting service he was infact in the wrong he was completely condescending & arrogant it could have been less stressful if he was polite and reassuring and offered me address of another postofficebut he didnt.

As we live in student accommodation we have our parcels delivered to the post office. We have done this many times and believed it was a service the post office offered. We went today to collect a parcel and as soon as we were served a member of staff named Christina was extremely rude and patronising. She spoke down to us and i partially think it’s because we are students. Christina had said its not a service they offered and said ‘how would you like it if i sent my parcels to your home?’ We explained we didn’t realise it wasn’t a service they offered and wouldn’t do it again and apologised. My friend ended up upset and Christina continued to be rude and actually got quite malicious. I then said that I thought she had been rude and I didn’t think it was necessary for her to speak to customers the way she had and her response was ‘oh and you have such experience in life do you?’ This was really irrelevant and her tone was still awful at this point. The whole encounter was shocking and my friend has ended up very upset.

I went to the post office to collect a parcel that I'd had delivered there, it said it had been signed for so we spoke to Christina and she was incredibly rude. We explained we thought my parcel was there and she was really rude to us straight away, we explained we didn't realise beforehand that personal mail shouldn't be delivered to the post office and that we wouldn't send anything else there in the future now that we know, but asked if she could just check if there was a parcel there. She continued to be rude and say 'how would you like it if I delivered my things to your house' and I repeated that I understood it wasn't allowed and it won't happen again but I had already had the parcel delivered there. I began getting upset because of how rude she was and my friend said that she didn't think she should've been so rude to us as we explained we didn't know, she said in a patronising manner 'im sorry that you feel that way'. So my friend said I just didn't think you needed to be that rude and she proceeded to say 'oh you have such experience in life don't you', which is not relevant at all and our age shouldn't make any difference to the way your staff treat costumers. I ended up leaving the post office in tears because of how rude Christina was and she acknowledged I was upset but continued to be rude. I am shocked and baffled at how badly we were spoken to.

Always amazing customer service from Courtney. She's a credit to the Post Office. Very knowledgeable and patient amongst some challenging customers and situations. 10 stars.

Tried to pay money into my post office travel card and I was told they do not accept Scottish money despite it being Stirling. The operative told me they only accept "normal notes" I. E Scottish notes are not normal. Incredibly racist attitude for a UK wide company, no security to check notes either if they are fake or not! Be wary of taking cash from this post office if they cannot check notes for forgeries.

I had to get my passport renewed. It was my first time in this new post office. I was served by lovely Christine. She was really helpful & friendly. Such an experienced lady & made the whole process so smooth for me. Thank You Christine.Keep up the good work :-)

Shocking customer service this is a main point to collect I went in today to collect a BRP card to be told the safe is closed on this day. Angry as this was the 2nd time I had been for it. JOKE

Awful every time you go in. Clearly staff are not happy, always busy and little to no staffing. They pick up your phone without permission

They do not check properly.. my currier had arrived and they just checked normal in one basket and said sorry please come after 10 days.. After wasting 10 days I was just surprised that my currier was there till that date.

Have been there recently with my family on a Saturday. Interacted with 3 of the staff members for different requirements and they all were very helpful and very very polite. I am pretty impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness

They are very very rude, aggressive, Don't want to help at all, they need to learn some manner and staff need training how to dealth with customer, there is branch Key available services , Passport Applications Digital Check & Send - New & Renewals but Lazy staff don't want to do, SHOULD BE ZERO STAR ,

Unprofessional and Aggressive staff attitude, politely asked him if the parcel sizes is correct and the guy starts rant about how he knows how to do his job and it’s as if I’m swearing at him by asking him this and creates a huge aggressive seen. Not the way a professional customer service royal mail agent should be answering a customer in my view. Avoid this place.

There is no experience. I've walked past this particular post office (I believe that it's currently Bolton's GPO) but I've never been in it nor have I used it.

Absolutely shocking layout, system and customer service! All stood about taking while a que builds up and then are extremely rude to customers! People jumping the que because the layout it so bad. Terrible post office! Don’t use go to one on castle street much better!

I was astonished to discover that the passport photo booth only accepts cash, no credit/debit cards or contactless. Considering this is a digital photo service which saves the photos online, I find it quite archaic that it's cash only!

staff seem miserable and ive never seen more than 2 staff working. when i went on the 18th march 2023 a male worker was laughing and making jokes at an elderly man who was struggling to use the card machine. id get a disciplinary if i did that.

Very knowledgeable staff members. I posted a parcel overseas with the parcel force priority service and the young lad was very helpful in making sure my parcel was packaged correctly and the customs form was filled in. My parcel arrived within 4 days. I’ll be back again to use there services. So well mannered too throughout the transaction even when I was struggling

The young guy on the front counter was very helpful in getting my passport sorted. No longer than 15 minutes and the passport came back within 1 week. Very well recommend to get a quick passport renewal with a smile.

Went in to return an Amazon parcel and the Asian lady with pink lipstick was just extremely rude, she really needs to learn better customer service. Absolutely appalled with her behaviour wish I’d taken her name!

Asked them to if it was possible to print a label for me then told to join another queue after getting to the counter again and asking if they would print my label I was told they dident know how and maybe I should try and ask a random customer to see if they knew! I eventually got the label printed somewhere else with no help from them. Very ignorant and lazy avoid

Was served by a asian lady was rude and obnoxious she needs more training and she isn’t aware that things are done more electronically I am being fobbed off. won’t be visiting that branch again
