After a failed MOT on my old car, I needed a new one and quick. After several phone calls and communication with Mike Tinsley, I collected my new car. I absolutely can’t thank him enough because from start to finish he was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I bought a used car yesterday and was served by Anthony Kelly. He made the process so easy and stress-free, let us browse at our leisure but was there on-hand to help us with any queries. Even on the test drive, he didn't make it feel like a driving test and let me get a good feel for the car as it was quite a big difference in size. I have bought 4 vehicles in a row from this garage over the course of a 15 year period. This time round the used car sales was in the same building as the new car which was great as its a much newer building. I've been attended to by a different salesman each time I've purchased a vehicle but everyone of them have been knowledgeable and professional throughout. I'm a big fan of Ford vehicles but now the company has changed to Bristol Street Motors, a wide variety of makes are available. The building is easy to find, just outside of the town centre.

Incredible service from Rob Greenhalgh, and the whole team, who really bent over backwards to facilitate my sale. Rob is really friendly and easy to talk to and he made the whole process an absolute pleasure. I've had several very bad experiences at car dealerships and had considered buying a car online to avoid having to deal with people again. I am so very glad I went to Bristol Street Motors, Bolton. I needed a replacement car very quickly as I was about to be without a vehicle. We hit some road blocks with my bank and the team worked on their off days to ensure i could still take my car this weekend. When I went to collect the car the following day, less than 24 hours after I had viewed it, it was ready, waiting and valeted. The car is in immaculate condition and I am more than happy with it. The price was unbeatable elsewhere. Rob gave me aftersales options but was not pushy at all. I felt comfortable taking out the packages that were right for us. Rob is an absolute credit to Bristol Street Motors and the General Manager and admin staff all deserve massive praise, too. Thank you all, so much.

What can I say?? I had a problem with my hand break they quoted me £230 so they did a temporary fix for the mean time and it lasted 5 months which then needed to be replaced so I booked this in and I was basically told I was lying about the price I was quoted they was saying it was over £400 to repair this went on for a couple of days and then out the blue I had a call to say they found a letter where they have quoted £230 so this job was done and I’m still having a problem the car rolls on any kind of hill and once I rang I was told I would get a call back? As you guessed it I never did get that call back… Ford Bolton has had this in twice to be looked at and today I ended up calling the AA who looked at this problem and within 10 minutes of checks he has told me it’s another problem it was not the break cable at all! So I was charged for this problem when there was nothing wrong with that fault… I’m still waiting for a call back what took the AA guy 10 minutes to find out it you have failed twice to find this problem and you had my call from 8am until 5pm each times! I fail to understand how you have failed to find this problem and say the problem is something completely something different is beyond me! And not to mention… during this time you had broken a bolt on my car and you was very kindly polite to tell me to pay for 3 hours work to repair the damage you have done to my car..that was very kind of you to ask me to pay £380 for for your incompetence! Thank you very much Ford Bolton!

We rang about a Ford Focus which had just gone on their website and arranged to reserve it with a view to going to see it the following weekend. Communication was good without being overwhelming about extras etc. On seeing it, the Focus Active was like a new car inside and out, very low mileage and after a test drive we bought it.
