We got the storage locker when we was looking for a house and needed somewhere to store the items we owned as our living arrangements at the time we just didn't have the space to store everything. Simon the store manager was friendly and professional and we actually ended up changing the size of the storage locker during our time there as we found we needed more space as we was getting items for the house in preparation. Nathan who again was friendly and professional was there when I emptied the storage locker for the final time after we finally got our house the month before and since then i started emptying it bit by bit. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs somewhere to store items for either a set amount of time or long term.

Very helpful great service Stephen explained the process and was able to provide with the perfect storage solution whilst moving home definitely taking the stress out of it and great value for money will use again and would recommend to others.

All good except the toilets are disgusting. Been using this facility for over a year, and I doubt its been properly cleaned in the whole time. It doesnt cost a fraction of what you make, and is inexcusable.

Staff very helpful and informative about the storage units details and costs and how it operates from the customers point of view. The paperwork and onboarding process was extremely quick and easy to complete. The facility itself is immaculately clean, tidy, extremely well organised and professional. I have used several storage facilities for both work and personal over the years and this is by far the best I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend this particular site. Bolton North is a credit to the manager and the team.

Only had a storage unit here for a couple of weeks, but so far, everything is great! Prices are fair and in line with other facilities in the area, staff are really, really helpful and knowledgeable, and the facility in the whole is really good. Plenty of loading bays to choose from, loads of moving trollies and pallet trucks to help you move your items to your unit and a large lift helps get you to any floor. Really convenient access times to this facility as well, so if you work most days of the week, you can always come here before or after standard working times and have access to your unit. If you’re looking for short or long term storage, I’d highly recommend this place.

after initially giving a 5* review and dealing with Chloe i have changed my opinion after dealing with CECELIA .. i wished to extend and was looking for ways for my mother to book a unit for 3 months and she said as i had told her it was for the same stuff to be stored she couldnt do it, so if i had lied that would be ok? then i said well her storage runs out on 10th August so we will just have to find an alternative place and she said that i hadnt given notice and will be chased by debt collectors for the two weeks from today ie 8 extra days that we wont be there well good luck with that one i have cancelled my direct debit and will never use this again Well today Chloe came through and was professional and help us sort this situation out , if Chloe s boss is reading this you need to give this lovely girl a pay rise , shes absolutely correct in the lovely way she deals with your customers ***** for Chloe !!!

No problems at all every time I called the office they were polite and helped in anyway they could sent tx with a link to pay my storage this saved a lot of time

Finding new business premises on arrival in Bolton was quite difficult within a budget. We eventually discovered Safestore then everything became much easier. We have now been in Safestore for 3 years and found it to be an ideal location. The staff Cecilia, Chloe and Stephen could not be more helpful and without even knowing it contribute on a daily basis to our growing business. Thank you all !

Jordan Clarke was very courteous, professional and helpful over the phone, helping me select the most appropriate size storage unit and talking me through the contract procedure, all of which was completed online with minimal effort. The 50% discount offer for 8 weeks is exceptional value and particularly helpful since self-storage was a last-minute solution to an unexpected relocation. I was greeted by Karen upon arrival who was very friendly and professional; she kindly showed me to my storage unit and explained everything I needed to know about access and egress. The building is very clean, spacious, brightly lit, secure and safe (I noticed lots of fire exits and fire extinguishers). I feel confident that our belongings are in safe hands and I am happy to recommend Safestore Bolton North.

Easy enough to get too, staff quite friendly, very happy to help with any enquiries, I was just a bit shocked at the rise in price after my initial loan period.

We currently have an office and a unit with Safe Store (Egyptian Mill.) and genuinely it’s awesome. Paul, Chloe and Cecilia all go out of their way to help if and when I need it which is a big help for a business like mine just starting out. We needed a small unit for an extended period to help with declitter as we decorate and make some home improvements. The staff have been extremely helpful and polite. The unit we chose with their help is sufficient for our needs. It’s clean and dry and we are so far happy with it and the security and access to it.
