I have been in a few times to this store and was trying to decide what would best suit my flooring tile wise , Gary from the first time I went in till the close of sale was fantastic helped me throughout by choosing the right adhesive to getting the right beading even followed up with a courtesy call to see how I was getting on . Brilliant welcoming service which I’m afraid we do not get much nowadays , just shows how experienced and customer orientated this gentleman is a true credit to your buisness.

Been to many tile shops recently However the service in Tile Giant was absolutely brilliant. The shop was nice and clean!! Spoke to a gentleman called Ghulam, I was after some advice and looking to get tiles that matched my kitchen cabinets, Ghulam did a fantastic job on advising what would suit my kitchen floor and walls. I wasn't looking to buy just yet until kitchen was fitted, I'll be coming back here thats for sure!

Brilliant service from both Adam and Michael. The quality of the split face Oyster tiles were superior to any others we looked at in terms of colour and gluing, and the variety throughout the boxes supplied was even with hardly any swapping needed when they were planned on the floor. In terms of pricing and delivery, both were excellent quoting 3-5 days from order and they were ready for collection within 48 hours.

I’ve been so happy with the service at Tile Giant in Blackburn. The staff (Adam especially) have been polite and helpful throughout. Quick delivery times with products too. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

First visit to Tile Giant today. Initially I spoke to Gary who quickly identified tiles that would be suitable for my wet room project. The store was quiet and Ghulam also helped me with my selection. Both assistants showed genuine interest in my project. I am absolutely delighted with the tiles that I have chosen and the customer service that I received at Tile Giant.
