Terrible service from this place. If you love waiting around while no-one does anything then deffo book. I had a pre-booked appointment, told to arrive 15 minutes early. Which I did, they didn't even bring my car in for a further 45 minutes, then he kept going off and doing different cars. Will not use again

I have previously left positive feedback on ATS Euro master at Blackburn and I feel compelled to do the same again. I have used ATS for several years now and I have never had a bad experience. All the staff are genuine, courteous and extremely obliging. I have recently had tyres fitted, brake callipers and discs and pads and today, a battery to our Range Rover. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced and this gives me great confidence in their ability to diagnose and sort my vehicle problems. From what I have seen whilst I have been there, they make every customer feel special and extend the same courteous service to all. I recommend ATS to all my family, friends and work colleagues purely because of the excellent service I receive at Blackburn.

Excellent service from ATS Blackburn this afternoon. Really looked after me and they also do NHS Discount which was a bonus. Due to the friendly and efficient service, I booked my MOT for January and will be using ATS for any future work. Have already recommended to a couple of people. Very helpful and they will always fill your tyres with air for free, no pushing of sales or things you don't need

After shopping around online for quotes in Re-gassing my AC, i came across ATS who were offering RAC members a 20% discount on Air-conditioning Recharge and Anti-bacterial treatment all for £56. Toyota mind you we’re charging £90 😏 I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the great service from Carl the technician he was a very polite and friendly gentleman, he talked me through the whole process with some hints and tips. In 1 hour my AC was blowing freezing cold air with fresh linen fragrance which felt nice. I was that impressed with the service and value for money I have booked my car back in for wheel balancing. Highly Recommended 😁

DO NOT USE THESE COWBOWS. Paid for a full service, wheel alignment and an inspection as the van was going to drive my family and I 3000 miles through Europe. It 1st came back with an oil leak (after 3 visits I proven the leak came from their workmanship), after that I decided to go to another mechanic. I later found out that the brakes were under specified and basically dangerous, however their report clearly states that they are perfectly fine, this could have been a major incident as I travelled over some very high mountain passes and on the downward drive the brakes where very heavily used. Also, the wheels were still out of alignment. I have issued a formal complaint to ATS Head Office, 2 weeks and no response so this sums ATS up. If you want to travel safely, I suggest that you find a suitably qualified mechanic elsewhere, I wouldn't let these guys clean my car, let alone carry out any work on it. *UPDATE FOLLOWING ATS RESPONSE* They are clearly as bad at reading customer reviews as they are at replying. As my original review I clearly stated that I complained 2 weeks ago and have still not received a response, therefor I will continue to ensure that people are aware of how poor ATS are in many ways.

I took my car to have its tyres checked as a warning light was showing. I received excellent service, all of the tyres were fine and my dashboard was reset. When I asked how much it would be I was told I didn’t have to pay. Thank you so much 😊

brought a range rover vogue and on delivery realised the AC was blowing out hot air. so the dealership told me to find an AC specialist and get it checked out and they would cover it. searched around and the soonest availability was with ATS euromaster. everywhere else seemed to have delays or were waiting parts etc. anyway went to these guys they were really helpful. straight up and down to earth. told me how long it would take. explained all the tests they'd done and fully recharged the AC. they also gave me NHS discount. overall really pleased and would definitely go again and recommend.

I left my car with handbrake slightly loose and footbrake working just fine. I collected it with handbrake working fine and footbrake nearly stopped working. Called customer relations who told me that they worked on my handbrake and not my brakes and since its a completely differant thing, they won't do anything to fix it. (they changed my drum brake pads (shoes). It could be a coincident but leaving the car with foot brake working and collecting it with foot brake not responding, seems dodgy. Upon collection I've been told that I should wait for a couple of weeks for the brake to fully work, I assume they were talking about hand brake..
