I've had my Tuono V4R APRC delivered this morning. Jason dealt with me from start to finish in a friendly and professional manner throughout the whole process, giving me any info I requested. The bike is spot on and accurately described. I was a bit unsure about buying from a dealer 150 miles away but Jason put my mind at ease and I can see why Youles Motorcycles have such positive reviews. Not experienced customer service like this for decades. Booked my Suzy for a service and was greeted by the wonderful Anna who looked after me like I was a valued returning customer. Although, the reality was that this was my first visit. I settled in, enjoyed a coffee and watched the new bike videos from the comfort of one of the armchairs on the mezzanine. Chatted to a number of friendly bikers roaming the showroom and the estimated 2 hours absolutely flew. I was then taken in to meet Danny who was the technician who looked after my sweetheart, she was sparkling like a diamond and not only had Danny fettled a few niggly bits and bats but he also sorted the dash which was slightly askew after an attempted theft. All without charge. My bike was in absolute showroom and I could not have been happier. It's a cracking ride over from Manchester taking in the Grane Road. had to feedback to the Manager Andy about the pure quality of the people at Youles Balckburn. Would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I purchased my 2019 Triumph Scrambler 1200 from Youles last year. I never went to the showroom to see the bike but when it was delivered I could not have been happier - it was exactly as described. I was very impressed by Jason the salesman who kept me updated throughout. I am more than happy to recommend Youles!!!

Fantastic dealer! Recently bought a used Triumph and Jon was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I don't live close to Blackburn so it was a bit of a trip to collect a bike I'd never seen in person but what can I say, it was in immaculate condition and I couldn't be happier. Jon and all the staff I met where friendly, professional and passionate about motorbikes! Highly recommend!

Bought a Tiger 800, had a tyre issue with it after a couple of days, it developed, so wasn't apparent on purchase. Absolutely spot on after sales service, couldn't ask for more, immediate response and communication. All sorted now. All staff involved were very professional and courteous. I'll certainly go back to Youles Blackburn.

Learnt a valuable life lesson. I bought a brand new bike from another dealer to save a few pounds, the dealer supplied me a faulty unsafe bike, then would take no action to help me with it, I spoke to the manufacturer to get assistance supplying dealer but still no assistance. Then Youles stepped up sorted the bike out with no fuss in a timely manner..... Fantastic service from Andy and his team. My life lesson is purchase from the best dealers with good honest people.... If I could score higher I would! I recently took my bike for its annual service, there was ice and snow still on the ground, but I managed to get the bike there. Taking advantage of the 20% winter discount. Soon as i arrived, one of the sales team made me a coffee to warm up. The roads near Youles were pretty icy so the team suggested I leave the bike till the following day when the forecast was better and some ice may have melted. When I returned the day after, the ice was still bad so they loaded my bike into the van and drove it to the main road, which had been gritted and was clear. The whole team went above and beyond, which is why I would never go anywhere else! The staff are a real credit to Youles.

Highly recommended! I bought my used Harley Davidson back from Youles Blackburn in July after watching a video walkthrough quickly sent to me from their salesman Jason. I have done about 1000 miles on it since purchase and unfortunately the rear wheel bearing collapsed on me. I contacted Youles about the incident and the team really impressed me with their after sales support. The wheel was repaired quickly under warranty with no quibble or fuss! Bought a CCM450 Adventure for my husband. Really fun shopping experience, genuine and friendly sales team, especially Royce who helped load the bike onto the trailer in awful weather. No pressure selling,we are happy to recommend and will be back.

I bought the bike with out seeing it in the flesh. Normally a no no. Paul at Youles was very patient with all my questions and sent a video. I felt I could trust Paul with his description. The bike was delivered and I did worry that it could be a bit disappointing, but Paul had accurately described the bike. Paul ring me to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend.

Purchased a brand new Piaggio MP3 500 HPE Sport Advanced via just telephone calls to Paul who provided prompt video, photos and documentation via text and email. Hassle free purchasing process and nothing was too much trouble. Collected the bike a week or so later and travelled the 110 or so miles and stayed over in our motorhome. Took the bike for a few rides whilst staying over and developed a coolant leak with the shop about to close in the next hour or so. Called Youles and was promptly put back in contact with Paul, who without quibble, arranged for me to come in and sorted the mechanics into quickly having a look. They in turn promptly identified the issue and fixed it when they were due to go off in the next half hour. All in all an excellent experience from start to finish with all at Youles. I have additionally got peace of mind that they are there to assist if any further issues arise and would highly recommend them to all based on my experiences thus far. I was coming over from my home in France on my Trophy. I called Youles beforehand to see if I could book it in for the 20,000 (expensive) mile service. To cut a long story short I couldn't be happier with the team at Youles and the work they did on the bike. They kept me informed of needed work as they found it and the bill was a little less than I had feared. Totally recommend them to all fellow Triumph riders.

I went into Youles, Blackburn today to buy a Shoei Neotec helmet. I would like to express my thanks to Andy and his staff on the service/parts counter. All the team were very professional and friendly and, in my opinion, went above and beyond simply good service. They changed the cheek pads so I got a more comfortable fit and sold me a helmet at a very reasonable price. Thank you from a very impressed customer

I purchased a new Triumph Tiger 900 GT PRO. From the start Jason kept me updated on the progress of the bike,and when I went to collect the process was clear and simple, The weather was raining very hard so Jason sprayed water protection sealer on the bike to protect it until I got home,two days later i received a call from Jason to see if everything was ok. Very friendly place to visit. Staff are excellent and don't badger into buying stuff, but there when you need them. It's the place I always go to buy my Triumph stuff. But they have also a lot of other things available.
