    Although this job was helpful in a pandemic and helped me make some money after uni. It Seems that all they care about is keeping a contract and profit, they don't care about their staff. First off, they were profiting from a pandemic. They look for any reason to log staff members out of the system and take away pay. They then round the pay up to take away from your salary, so if you're logged out for 5 minutes, they will round it up to 30 minutes and take 30 minutes pay away. You then have awful staff that won't reply to your messages, and questions, and give no straight answers when querying their wrong doings. However, if you don't reply to their message within 2 minutes they will log you out and put you as AWOL. TRACE TRACE TRACE! All they really care about is keeping their statistics up, so they keep their contract and keep profiting. They send hourly emails with the call statics, and constantly tell us we need to improve, and threaten our jobs, even though it's completely out of our control, as it is all automated. This literally led one of my team members to cry on a team meeting due to the stress this was causing. Overall, the company is full of fake people, that pretend they care about the staff, when they don't, and a load of kissing up to the higher ranked members of staff.

    Worked on a private/public campaign (remotely), the team leaders/managers are not supportive. If we had a problem with our computer and were unable to work then we would not receive any payment for that period as this was our fault. They only care about the money that goes into their pocket and does not give a penny about the employees

    Worked there for a while. Job can be stressful because of terrible systems and policies. Managers aren’t great and most of the company values are a façade. No real career progression. Low pay and no pay rises. Can be toxic working environment as all they care about are numbers. Don’t believe any of the positive reviews most of them are either done by the company or by employee trying to make themselves look good to Novacroft. Or have just started so haven’t really got the full Novacroft experience yet. They say they care about their employees but will pay them as low as legally possible. Think that pretty much tells you all you need to know about Novacroft.😀

    Worked for TFL through novocroft. I was given a permanent contract then last week I was called in a meet by Daniel Bulter and Donna moral and told told they was terminating my contact for no reason I told them I had a permanent contact and 100 percent performance. I was shouted at by Daniel Butler he told me we have already made the decision left me in tears and cut me off everything. I have been left in shock and traumatised very unprofessional and rude management by novacroft

    Worked there for a period of 6 months ... not the best place to work if you are looking for career progression, no real management and training was fairly bad. As they say "putting people first" which is absurd the company has a high turn over one of which why they are always employing, Pay is the lowest with no real benefits... as a company opened in 2022 mental health does not exist all they really care is about statistics profits with constant stress given to workers stating "that they would be fired" if your looking for a company that does not value you and what you do be my guest and apply but save your time and effort into applying for something with more value morally and avoid this TOXIC WORK environment … CEO Debra states she "cares" I don't think she comprehends that word nor the statement of "putting people first".

    I've worked there for a pretty long period of time, in 2019 it was a nice place to work even tho it was the minimum wage, during the pandemic we worked from home. After september 2020, it started to go downhill, bad management, (some) managers constantly chasing you up for the 6 mins call, even tho they could not do so. And the resource planning is HORRIBLE. You will never get a holiday when you need it, never. They are always or booked or not available. The only reason why I will put 2 starts it is because I made there friends for life and were 2 managers which really cared about people not numbers. Overall, I don't recommend.

    20 of us to start today, training manager trish came in to say that the company NEVER put more than they need on a campaign, got a call after our first shift finished and we've all been let go. an absolute joke of a company. stay clear!!

    We were put through an unpaid day of training, making us complete lengthy quizzes, with the intention of dismissing the whole team at the end of the day. The HR team members, in particular Urvashi, are rude and the company doesn't take mental health seriously. Stay away..

    Brilliant company. I was a little optimistic at first. I had got fed up of travelling to work and spending so much money on food and travel ETC that I decided to look for a job working from home. I've got to say, Novacroft have delivered! Fantastic trainers, fantastic managers that will have a laugh and a joke with you and a CEO that genuinely cares about her staff and our customers. Very pleased with my experiences so far.

    I dont have a complaint against Novacroft but it is a pain that I had to research who they were and who their clients were before I could find out what a charge to my credit card was for. which turned out to be TFL and is legitimate but how the hell am I supposed to know that

    Working remotely for Novacroft has been an absolute joy these past 2 months. All staff, supervisors and managers are great and I couldn't fault ANY of them.

    this is one of the best companies i have ever worked for , such supportive team managers who will always be there to support and guide you the best you can. even though it’s work from home you do build a sense of rapport with your team managers and colleagues.

    I am grateful, as I'm afforded a permanent role, Woking From Home with Novacroft. They have done nothing but look after me in so many different ways, since I started in mid 2021. The HR team are supportive, as are Resource Planning :-) Then there are the managers, namely my Ops Manager Jo T.... then there is Meredyth, Kelly and the lovely Leigh (and even some managers who have moved on)...... who are/were just amazing people!! The overall & wider team are a lovely bunch too! The role itself is enjoyable :-) So sorry to read of some negative experiences, but sincerely speaking I have absolutely no qualms working here as it is a blessing in many ways!!
