Although
this
job
was
helpful
in
a
pandemic
and
helped
me
make
some
money
after
uni.
It
Seems
that
all
they
care
about
is
keeping
a
contract
and
profit,
they
don't
care
about
their
staff.
First
off,
they
were
profiting
from
a
pandemic.
They
look
for
any
reason
to
log
staff
members
out
of
the
system
and
take
away
pay.
They
then
round
the
pay
up
to
take
away
from
your
salary,
so
if
you're
logged
out
for
5
minutes,
they
will
round
it
up
to
30
minutes
and
take
30
minutes
pay
away.
You
then
have
awful
staff
that
won't
reply
to
your
messages,
and
questions,
and
give
no
straight
answers
when
querying
their
wrong
doings.
However,
if
you
don't
reply
to
their
message
within
2
minutes
they
will
log
you
out
and
put
you
as
AWOL.
TRACE
TRACE
TRACE!
All
they
really
care
about
is
keeping
their
statistics
up,
so
they
keep
their
contract
and
keep
profiting.
They
send
hourly
emails
with
the
call
statics,
and
constantly
tell
us
we
need
to
improve,
and
threaten
our
jobs,
even
though
it's
completely
out
of
our
control,
as
it
is
all
automated.
This
literally
led
one
of
my
team
members
to
cry
on
a
team
meeting
due
to
the
stress
this
was
causing.
Overall,
the
company
is
full
of
fake
people,
that
pretend
they
care
about
the
staff,
when
they
don't,
and
a
load
of
kissing
up
to
the
higher
ranked
members
of
staff.
